(two) industry management by the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission is mainly responsible for planning, policies and standards to guide the development of the industry. Need to be approved by the provincial enterprise technical transformation investment projects, by the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission is responsible for reporting to the Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission for approval and filing. Investment projects for technological transformation of enterprises that need to be approved and filed by the city shall be approved and filed by the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission.

(five) the institutions affiliated to the former Municipal Economic Commission and the Municipal Information Industry Bureau shall be transferred to the Municipal Economic and Information Commission for management, and the establishment, responsibilities and preparation of their units shall be stipulated separately.
