Affected by the epidemic situation, the network remote re-inspection method was adopted. For areas where candidates are relatively concentrated, other universities and reliable institutions can be entrusted with the arrangement and management of remote terminals on the premise of ensuring the safety and convenience of candidates.

It is necessary to establish and improve the working mechanism of randomly determining the order of candidates, randomly selecting test questions and randomly determining the members of the retest team. Give full play to and standardize the role of tutors in the re-examination selection, strengthen the selection and training of tutors, strengthen the awareness of confidentiality, responsibility and rule of law, and use new technologies and new means to improve the ability of tutors to scientifically and standardize the selection.

The second interview mainly includes ideological and moral character, previous study, consistent performance, scientific research ability, innovation ability, professional accomplishment, practical ability, foreign language application ability (including listening and speaking) and so on.

According to the number of re-examination candidates, the college organizes the re-examination team to make several sets of comprehensive and open competency-based test questions in advance, each set of test papers is not less than three questions, and can be randomly selected during the re-examination. The content includes innovation ability, professional accomplishment (including specialized courses), practical (experimental) ability examination, etc. And the re-examination subject requirements published in "Yangzhou University 2022 Master Admissions Guide" should be referred to. The test questions and grading reference materials are all state secrets before they are put into use, and the management of proposition, examination and confidentiality responsibility should be carried out in strict accordance with the state secrets. Relevant requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Management of Independent Propositions in the Postgraduate Entrance Examination of Yangzhou University (Yang Kao Fa [2019] No.23).

Third, the admission work

(1) Admission category

The graduate students to be enrolled in our school are divided into full-time and part-time according to the form of study, and oriented and non-oriented according to the way of employment.

Full-time non-directional graduate students must obtain candidates' personnel files (including student status files, the same below) and enjoy graduate scholarships (full-time study, personnel relations transferred to our school, no fixed salary income); Full-time graduate students with directional employment do not consult personnel files, study full-time, do not enjoy graduate scholarships, and need to sign a directional employment agreement with the employer.

Part-time graduate students are all oriented employment in principle. Before admission, you need to sign a directional employment agreement with the employer, transfer personnel files, do not enjoy graduate scholarships, and do not arrange accommodation.

(2) Comprehensive achievements

1. The comprehensive scores (full marks 100) of candidates in business administration, public administration, accounting, library and information, and engineering management are calculated as follows:

Comprehensive score = total score of initial test ÷3×70%+ retest score ÷ 1.5×30%.

2. The comprehensive scores (full marks 100) of candidates in other disciplines and professional degree categories (fields) are calculated as follows:

Comprehensive score = total score of initial test ÷5×70%+ retest score ÷ 1.5×30%.

(3) Access principle

1. All colleges are classified according to re-examination disciplines, professional degree categories (fields), full-time and part-time degrees, and the list of candidates to be admitted is determined and ranked according to the comprehensive scores from high to low. The first volunteer candidates and transfer students are classified and sorted, and all candidates who take part in the second interview are required to indicate their admission opinions: "admission", "alternative", "rejection" and "abandonment of the second interview".

2. Candidates who fail or fail to complete the examination of academic qualifications (student status) shall not be included in the proposed admission list.

3. Those who fail in ideological and moral assessment, test scores and re-examination will not be admitted.

The school will conduct a comprehensive review of all candidates (including photos, certificates, academic qualifications, degrees, files, qualifications and professional abilities, etc.). Within 3 months after admission, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Colleges and Universities. Those who fail the second interview will be disqualified from admission or school status.
