Ningqiang county Liejinba Township has been revoked. From 65438 to 0996, Lijinba Township, Baiyanglin Township, Sangshuwan Township and Da 'an Town merged into the present Da 'an Town.
To the Fenshuiling Tunnel, you can take buses from Mianxian to Yangpingguan and Hanzhong to Yangpingguan at No.28 intersection and get off at Fenshuiling. You can't take Mianxian-Ningqiang bus, you have to reverse it. Too much trouble.
