? After listening to such a long list of introductions and advanced deeds, Mr. Qin's image in my heart is higher. Teacher Qin mainly mentioned the ideological management of the class in this lecture. Teacher Qin's two aspects of "ideological management" and "seven elements of red management" are particularly profound. I am very much in favor of "ideological management students". I have always advocated managing students like this. A person's behavior and habits are controlled by thoughts. If he can guide his thoughts, then his behavior will be good. The seven elements of red management for teachers make me feel refreshed, and I also want to plan my class according to this aspect. Among them, the seven elements are mainly "program" and "line". Then it is managed with the assistance of organization, cadres, leadership, control and innovation. I admire Mr. Qin's migration method, which we seldom adopt and which we have never thought of.
Teacher Qin also explained the meaning of "scheme". Teacher Qin said that "the plan consists of vision+goal+action", and the vision is the core idea+future prospect. The core concept is divided into core value and historical mission. These factors are interdependent. The most understandable vision is the future prospect and historical mission. I think the two are causal, and the future prospect is based on historical mission. While educating students, we must instill this traditional concept of China into children, fundamentally change them and better shape them.
The goal is to give students a direction, so that they can have a correct understanding of their own learning, in short, let them understand why they study and what the goal is.
