Twelfth any organization or individual has the right to report food safety violations, obtain food safety information from relevant departments according to law, and put forward opinions and suggestions on food safety supervision and management.
Article 103 Units that have food safety accidents shall take immediate measures to prevent the accidents from expanding. The accident unit and the unit receiving the patient for treatment shall promptly report to the food safety supervision and management and health administrative department of the people's government at the county level where the accident occurred. The administrative department of agriculture of the people's government at or above the county level shall immediately notify the food safety supervision and administration department at the same level if it finds a food safety accident or receives an accident report in its daily supervision and management. When a food safety accident occurs, the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at the county level shall report to the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at the same level and the people's government at a higher level in accordance with the provisions of the emergency plan. The food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at the county level and the people's government at a higher level shall report in accordance with the provisions of the emergency plan. No unit or individual may conceal, falsely report or delay reporting food safety accidents, or conceal, forge or destroy relevant evidence.
Article 115th the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall publish its e-mail address or telephone number and accept inquiries, complaints and reports. After receiving the consultation, complaint and report, if it falls within the scope of responsibilities of this department, it shall be accepted and promptly answered, verified and handled within the statutory time limit; If it does not belong to the responsibilities of this department, it shall be handed over to the department that has the right to handle it, and the consultation, complaint and informant shall be notified in writing. The department that has the right to handle it shall handle it in time within the statutory time limit and shall not shirk it. Reward informants who report the truth. The relevant departments shall keep the information of informants confidential and protect their legitimate rights and interests. If an informer reports to his enterprise, the enterprise shall not take revenge on the informer by dissolving or changing the labor contract or by other means.
