According to its responsibilities, the National Standardization Administration Committee of China has eight functional departments: office, party committee, comprehensive business management department, international cooperation department, agricultural food standards department, industrial standards department I, industrial standards department II and service industry standards department.

The Standard Information Center of the National Standardization Administration Committee is a public institution directly under the National Standardization Administration Committee. Undertake daily administrative work such as secretarial work, archives, administration, security, confidentiality, letters and visits; Responsible for personnel, labor and civil service training; Responsible for standardizing the management of administrative funds; Responsible for the daily operation of administrative finance; Participate in drafting and revising normative laws and regulations, and be responsible for coordinating relevant laws and regulations;

Undertake standardization policy research; Responsible for standardized publicity; To undertake the logistics management and support related work of the organs. There are five offices: Secretariat, Policy and Regulation Research Office, Personnel Office, Finance Office and Administrative Office. Responsibilities of the Party Committee of the organ:

Responsible for the formulation of party building work plans, plans and political studies of organs and directly affiliated institutions; Responsible for the ideological, work style and organizational construction of the Party's grass-roots organizations, as well as the management, education and supervision of party member; Responsible for the establishment and change of grass-roots party organizations, the re-election of branch members and the development of party member; Responsible for the party's discipline inspection and the work of building a clean and honest government, and review and deal with violations of discipline in party member;

Responsible for the administrative supervision and internal audit of agency finance; Guide trade unions, the Communist Youth League and women's work. Internal affairs: Party Committee Office (Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office). To undertake the drafting of standardized development planning; Responsible for the formulation and implementation of national standards and the unified numbering, registration and publication of national standards; To undertake the comprehensive coordination of the National Professional Standardization Technical Committee and the Sub-technical Committee and the employment of experts; Responsible for the guidance of industry standardization and the filing management of industry standards; Responsible for the management and guidance of standardized technology and training;

Responsible for the management of standardization projects and scientific research funds; To undertake the planning, coordination, approval and management of standard samples; Undertake standardized statistical work; Responsible for the notification and consultation of relevant standards in the implementation of WTO/TBT agreement. There are two departments: the planning and development department and the science and technology management department. Participate in the organization, liaison, coordination and management of activities of international standardization organizations such as ISO, IEC and PASC; Responsible for the daily work of ISO and IEC China National Committee; To be responsible for the policy research on China's participation in international standardization and make suggestions; Responsible for coordinating and organizing domestic standardization technical committees or centralized units to participate in international standardization activities and daily voting of ISO and IEC; Technical committees and sub-technical committees responsible for managing ISO and IEC undertaken by China;

Responsible for the collection and research of international standards and standards of developed countries; Responsible for going abroad for examination and approval, handling relevant formalities and undertaking foreign affairs reception. There are three departments: International Organization Department, International Cooperation Department and Foreign Affairs Department. To review and supervise the planning and implementation of national standards for agriculture (including animal husbandry and aquatic products), water conservancy, supply and marketing, grain, tobacco, forestry, animal and plant inspection and quarantine, agricultural inputs, agricultural products processing, food safety, food and related products and other departments and industries;

Responsible for the coordination and guidance of counterpart departments and industry standardization technical committees; Responsible for the standardization work guidance of counterpart departments and industries and the filing of corresponding industry standards; Responsible for the guidance of local standardization work in counterpart fields and the filing of corresponding local standards; Promote the construction of comprehensive agricultural standardization system. There are two departments: the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Food. To review and supervise the planning and implementation of national standards for railways, transportation, civil aviation transportation equipment manufacturing, safety production, machinery, automobiles, aviation, aerospace, weapons, ships, boilers and pressure vessels, special equipment, packaging, energy conservation, environmental protection, marine, petrochemical, metallurgical, nonferrous metals, building materials, construction, coal, dangerous chemicals and other departments and industries;

Responsible for the coordination and guidance of counterpart departments and industry standardization technical committees; Responsible for the guidance of counterpart departments and industry standardization work and the filing of corresponding industry standards; Responsible for the guidance of local standardization work in counterpart fields. There are three departments: transportation and energy, equipment and materials. To review and supervise the planning and implementation of national standards in communication equipment manufacturing, electronic information technology, electrician, electric power, instrumentation, radio and television equipment manufacturing, postal equipment manufacturing, light industry, textile, fiber inspection and other departments and industries; Responsible for the coordination and guidance of counterpart departments and industry standardization technical committees;

Responsible for the guidance of industry standardization work of counterpart departments and industries and the filing of corresponding industry standards; Responsible for the guidance of local standardization work in counterpart fields and the filing of corresponding local standards. There are two departments: information technology and automation department and electrical and consumer goods department. To review and supervise the planning and implementation of national standards for transportation, railways, civil aviation, postal services, telecommunications, commerce, tourism, civil affairs, sports, meteorology, culture, education, press and publication, banking, securities, insurance, public security, customs, earthquake, surveying and mapping, statistics, archives, health and quarantine and other departments and industries;

Responsible for the coordination and guidance of counterpart departments and industry standardization technical committees; Responsible for the guidance of industry standardization work of counterpart departments and industries and the filing of corresponding industry standards; Responsible for the guidance of local standardization work in counterpart fields and the filing of corresponding local standards. There are two departments: social service department and economic service department. To study and formulate the development plan and implementation plan of national standardization informatization construction, and study and formulate technical specifications and related systems for standardization informatization construction; Responsible for the project management of standardized information engineering, and organize the implementation of standardized information engineering construction and standardized "e-government" projects. Organize the construction of standardized information infrastructure and the development of standardized information systems, undertake the operation and maintenance of software and hardware and databases of standardized information systems under the jurisdiction of the National Standards Committee, and carry out related technical consultation, technical training and service activities.

To study and put forward the development plan of standardized government information websites, and formulate the construction norms and operation management methods of standardized information websites; To undertake the construction, operation and maintenance of the portal website of the National Standards Committee. Undertake the development and utilization of standardized information resources, undertake the construction, operation and maintenance of the national technical standard resource service platform, and organize the collection, information exchange, information consultation and electronic text network service of domestic and foreign standard resources. To undertake information security application requirements and related management work, and to undertake the implementation of various tasks of information security, confidentiality and grade protection of relevant state departments;

Responsible for the deployment and implementation of standardized information systems and network information security, and daily monitoring and management of safe operation. To undertake foreign cooperation and exchange activities related to the business of the center. To undertake the daily work of the Office of the Information Leading Group of the National Standards Committee. Undertake other tasks assigned by the National Standards Committee.
