The new factory was officially put into operation in June of XX. When I first started my internship in xx Electronics Factory, I first realized the word "tired", and then I got used to it. Because most of our classmates are only children and have not experienced too much wind and rain, it can be said that most of them have been walking under umbrellas. The internship life organized by the department allows these students to truly experience the ups and downs in real life. However, I am glad to see that when our students encounter difficulties in the internship, we do not flinch, but bravely face the reality and challenge the difficulties. This internship has brought us a lot of rare social experience, provided us with a big stage for social practice and exercise, and also provided us with a big stage for management system. The factory director directly sets the daily output for our students, and the whole production is arranged by our own management. We shoulder heavy responsibilities every day. Xx Electronics Factory has indeed provided us with a rare opportunity to exercise and laid a solid foundation for us to embark on the road of employment.
During my internship, I also learned a lot on the assembly line. I have never been absent from work for no reason. I am diligent and studious, modest and prudent, listen carefully to the guidance of old comrades, and listen humbly to the work suggestions put forward by others. Moreover, I can observe carefully, experience personally, think independently and analyze comprehensively, and try my best to apply what I have learned in the study samples to practical work, and try my best to combine theory with practice, thus cultivating my persistent professionalism and diligent and pragmatic work style. First of all, the first one is that I know what team spirit is. I can't just leave my job or stop working on the assembly line. If one person leaves his job or stops at the assembly line, it will affect the speed of the whole production line and bring trouble to the students of the whole production line. At the same time, we must ensure the quality. Even if it doesn't seem important, it may be checked out by qc and qa and reworked, which will waste the time of students in the whole production line. This makes students learn to handle things carefully, seriously and carefully, learn to unite, divide work and coordinate with each other, and make them realize the importance of team spirit in their work. From the moment I entered Tai Sen Electronics Factory to the day I left, I was still dealing with Remote Control 4.
