When the authenticated party requests the pre-trial, the pre-trial fee will be charged at 1 person/day of 3000 yuan.
Three. Other expenses incurred.
1. The audit sites are located in different locations (manufacturing sites with similar properties) at the same time, and the daily workload of one person for each additional location can be negotiated.
2. Travel expenses arising from all audits (including initial audit, pre-trial process, supervision audit and re-evaluation) shall be borne by the auditee alone.
3. If you need to print additional certificates, you need to charge extra, and each set of certificates is generally 100 yuan.
4. Due to the auditee's own reasons, it is necessary to extend the audit time, and the expenses shall be paid by the auditee unilaterally.
Four, supervision and audit fees
After Party A obtains the certification and registration certificate, Party B is obliged to follow up, supervise and audit Party A before the validity period of 3 years. The first supervision and audit shall be conducted within six months after obtaining the certificate, and the subsequent two supervision and audit periods shall not exceed.
Within one year, the audit fee generated by each supervision shall be charged at 1/3 of the audit fee.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) reassessment fee
The three-year validity of the certificate is advanced to three months. To submit a re-evaluation application, you must contact the certification center and re-sign the contract. The re-evaluation fee is 80% of the first audit fee.
Sixth, charging time.
1. If the preliminary examination is required in advance, the fee shall be paid in one lump sum ten days before the preliminary examination.
2. The application fee, audit fee and audit registration fee shall be paid one month before the audit (if the enterprise fails to obtain the certificate, the audit registration fee shall be returned to the enterprise).
3. The annual fee and expenses arising from supervision and audit shall be paid within one month after each supervision and audit, and the annual fee is 2000 yuan/year.
4. The printing fee of 4.ISO27000 certificate should be paid before the certificate is issued.
