There is an empirical follow-up study in the world, which takes 13 years, and it is found that the average number of consultations per case is 4.5. We know that many schools generally start with 10 consultation, which may take 20, 30 or 50 times, and some may take 2 to 5 years.

Focus solving is called transient therapy. Among more than 400 schools in the world, Focus Solution is the only one that claims to be short-distance consultation from the beginning. You must be curious, what kind of school, what kind of technology, what kind of workflow, what kind of core secret can you call yourself short-distance consultation firmly and confidently? Let's talk about it from two aspects.

Compared with many traditional remote consultation methods, from the perspective of focus solving, the core of the consultation-visit relationship we see is an equal relationship. When a focus-solving consultant works with a visitor, two experts work together. The visitor is an expert in his own life, and the consultant is an expert in psychology and helping others. Are you curious about what two experts say, do and interact when they work together, which makes us look like two experts? In fact, there is a very important core under equality: respect for each other. Mr. Insoo mentioned the marginal nature of consultants in focus-solving consultation. She believes that focus-solving consultants should seek to leave no trace in visitors' lives. Focus solution attaches great importance to this invisible state. (Focus solution) I think it is best for visitors to constantly change themselves. Visitors believe that they have promoted change, not because of the consultant: I can't do it without you.

Under the guidance of the postmodern constructivism philosophy of Focus Solutions, Focus Solutions Consultants attach great importance to the resources brought by visitors. Focus solution believes that there has never been any resistance to visitors, only an inflexible consultant, Mr. Jose of Canada, said that resistance in consultation means that you have not found a way to cooperate with each other. We have been constantly exploring and asking, how did focus solution achieve such a short-distance and high-efficiency effect?

Since the establishment of focus solution, there may be seven or eight famous workflows. In the key book 100, the five-step workflow is mainly introduced: establishing relationship, reaching contract, looking forward to the future, improving plan and feedback evaluation.

When establishing a relationship, focus solving has its own unique part. We call it problem-free conversation. When the consultant meets the visitor, the consultant does not regard the visitor as a problematic, sick or defective person, but regards TA as a normal person who just meets difficulties and works together. This relationship is very similar to the relationship between host and guest. The visitor is the master of his life, and the consultant is the guest invited by the visitor to enter his life story. We need to constantly reflect on what kind of guest he is, how to say it and how to do it, which is what visitors like and welcome. Would you like him to do it again? Then, in turn, in a consultation process, in the consultation room, in fact, at this time, the consultant is the host and the visitor is the guest who comes to consult. We will also reflect on what a host, as a consultant, should do. Will this guest want to come again?

Focus-solving consulting attaches great importance to an equal relationship, a cooperative relationship and a relationship in which two experts work together. In addition, they are curious and unknown about some experiences and life stories that visitors have. Then, after establishing a good relationship, there is an action that many schools have not deliberately done, and that is to reach an understanding with visitors. During this consultation, the visitors tried their best to find a consultant. What does he want? What is he trying to solve? What does this consultation do that is most valuable to visitors? In this process, the consultants who need to focus on solving constantly confirm with the visitors, do you want to talk about these problems today? If our consultation today is very effective, what will you gain and change when you leave the consultation room at the end of an hour? Make you feel that today's consultation is effective. So what is the focus-solving consultation like? From the perspective of the future, what do visitors want to solve and want most in the consultation process?

When the visitor is troubled, but he doesn't know what he wants, he needs a focus-solving consultant to explore with the visitor and build the future he wants and the goal he wants. When the contract is reached, the consultation is guaranteed not to beat around the bush on the road of taking it for granted, but to directly focus on and adhere to the visitor's goals and the problems he wants to solve.

After the contract is reached, the focus-solving consultant does not immediately discuss with the visitor how to solve the problem and how to discuss (solve) the problem, but first discusses with the visitor what the visitor wants, the future after the problem is solved and the future after all the troubles disappear.

The third step is to discuss with the visitor what he expects in the future. In fact, Milton Eriksson is very colorful. When we work with the visitor and vividly describe the future he wants, the future he wants is of great significance in itself. It may enter the visitor's subconscious, taking the visitor to work hard towards the future he wants in the next life. We can make a simple analogy. A ship is at sea. If a ship has no direction, it will never have a downwind, because it has no direction. If the ship has a direction, it knows what direction the wind is, which can help him achieve his goal and reach the other side.

Focus solution consultants will work in detail with visitors in this part of the expected future. When the future that the visitor wants and the ideal state after the problem is solved are truly realized, in the fourth step, the consultant will explore the specific steps and plans to realize the future with the visitor. The consultant will first go back to his past with the visitor, especially the visitor, his experience, ability, resources, advantages and his past successful examples, and then fully explore some of these resources. After discovery and excavation, visitors will be fully equipped. With the experience, ability and resources he already has, he will have the confidence and courage to overcome difficulties and move forward towards the future he wants. Counselors don't think about what kind of wonderful past, resources, abilities and advantages they have with visitors. At this time, consultants who focus on solving problems will slow down. After recovering, he fully empathized with the current predicament of the visitor, recognized the predicament of the visitor, and empathized with the predicament of the visitor. But what makes the consultant more curious is why the visitor can persist in such a difficult situation without making himself worse. How did this energy come from? Through the above methods, discuss with visitors and establish a step-by-step plan.

Note that this part is not about the consultant designing solutions for visitors or teaching them how to deal with problems, but about discussing these solutions and methods together. These solutions and methods come from visitors and consultants, so the value of two experts working together is fully reflected here.

When the solution is completed, the consultation will end soon. At this time, the consultant and the visitor will give a brief feedback and evaluation. After the consultation, you can ask the visitors for feedback. I said, we've just talked for these dozens of minutes. Which ones are most useful to you? What impressed you?

In the feedback evaluation part, we must discuss with the visitors: what is effective, useful and valuable to the visitors in the last hour, then these will become important clues for the consultant to work with the visitors next time.

Then the counselor will have a valuable part. You can make a summary and give it back to the visitors. After the feedback is over, it is the visitor's freedom to pick it up or not.

In addition, the focus solution places great emphasis on greeting visitors. In the early stage of focus solving, before the end of a consultation, the counselor will pack at least three compliments for the visitors, usually adding a suggestion and a euphemistic suggestion. In the later development of Focus Solution, visitors will be praised and appreciated anytime and anywhere.

The intervention mode and workflow of focus solution are also constantly innovating and evolving. 20 19, 1 1 A new workflow called four-quadrant model was put forward at the international conference on focus solving.
