In order to complete the owner's task, we appear on the construction site every day as soon as we arrive at working hours. When there is no light source at the scene, we have installed power distribution cabinets in the weak light of flashlights and headlights for debugging the system during the day.
Preventive test and system debugging of electrical equipment are the most important links in substation installation, especially in the withstand voltage test of busbar and circuit breaker. Because of the unstable power supply, the power was suddenly cut off many times during the test, which caused permanent damage to the test equipment in the worst case. In order to complete the test, we contacted the manufacturer urgently and asked the equipment manufacturer to send spare equipment overnight to ensure the normal test. Finally, the test was successfully completed as scheduled. The installation of the secondary line of power system is a complicated process, and there are dozens of jumpers between only two cabinets. A slight error will bring great trouble to the later debugging. In order to avoid mistakes, I carefully studied the drawings, numbered the control lines in advance and printed out numbered tubes, and then carefully checked them against the drawings when crimping the terminals to avoid mistakes. The "two out of three" locking function of section I and section II high-voltage incoming cabinet cannot be realized. I checked the drawings again and again and carefully proofread every wire. It took more than three months to finalize the plan, from reporting the purchase unit price, to providing three inquiry sheets for price comparison, and then to providing purchase invoices for price determination.
Due to the special situation of Z Project Department at the installation site, I can always receive large or small projects. All kinds of difficulties require skilled workers to do technical work first, do the work carefully, solve possible problems in advance, and solve problems for front-line construction personnel.
Because of its distinctive features and many difficulties, it is difficult to use conventional technical measures or schemes to deal with technical problems encountered in this project, such as the erection of high-voltage line protection. Due to the narrow venue, the high-voltage line can not occupy too much roads outside the venue, affecting traffic; It can't occupy the only place where materials are stacked and concrete is poured, and it is difficult to achieve the expected effect by using conventional portal hard top protection. Therefore, through the field investigation and measurement of fences and sites, the scheme has been improved and achieved good results. Because the height of this project changes greatly and the form is irregular, it is difficult to use the previous model examples in the compilation of some schemes.
