People from other provinces (employees, urban and rural areas) who normally pay insurance premiums and enjoy medical insurance benefits are not allowed to participate in the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Hainan Province.

(3) Commercial banks pay the premium of "basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents" through online channels, including: Hainan Rural Credit Cooperative, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China CITIC Bank, China Merchants Bank Mobile Banking, and China Everbright Bank Cloud Payment APP.
(4) Commercial banks can choose Hainan Rural Credit Cooperative, Postal Savings Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China CITIC Bank and China Merchants Bank to pay the premium of "basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents".
(5) Pay by credit card on the special POS machine installed by the community and village (neighborhood) committees.
