The selection work is carried out in accordance with the procedures of information release, registration, qualification examination and examination, inspection, publicity and mobilization.

(2) Registration and qualification examination
1. Registration and qualification examination time: 2013 September16-September 18.

3. The following materials shall be submitted when registering:

(2) the original certificate of the employer's consent to apply for the exam and the work experience certificate;

4. Qualification examination
The selection office is responsible for reviewing the qualifications and related materials of the applicants. Qualification examination runs through the whole selection process. If the applicant conceals information or provides false information and passes the qualification examination, once verified, the candidate's qualification for transfer will be cancelled.
(3) Examination
The examination is organized and implemented by the selection leading group. In principle, structured interviews are used. It mainly evaluates the comprehensive quality and adaptability of candidates. 0 1 If the number of job applicants exceeds 30, 20 people will be selected as interviewers through written examination, and no more than 30 people will directly enter the interview. For positions in 02, 03 and 04, if the number of applicants for the same position is equal to or less than 10, interview directly; If the number of applicants for the same position exceeds 10, 10 will be selected as the interviewee through written examination.
If the ratio of the number of applicants to the number of candidates to be transferred is not less than 2: 1, the number of candidates to be transferred will be reduced or cancelled.

When receiving the admission ticket, I hold my valid "Resident Identity Card" (or the household registration certificate with my photo issued by the public security organ where my account is located) to the county agricultural bureau office to receive the "Examination Admission Ticket".
(4) Investigation
According to the interview results, from high score to low score, the interviewees are determined according to the ratio of Selected Graduates Plan 1: 1 for each position. The inspection work is organized and implemented by the county agricultural bureau. According to the requirements of the Notice on Printing and Distributing issued by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee (Zhen Zutong [2065438+03] No.20), it was carried out according to the procedures of soliciting opinions, consulting files, understanding the performance of honesty and self-discipline and writing inspection materials. Those who fail to pass the inspection or give up the inspection will be replenished from high to low, and those who have no objects will not be replenished.
(5) Publicity
According to the examination results and the investigation of the applicants, the county agricultural bureau determines the candidates to be selected and posted on the website of Zhenfeng County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The publicity period is not less than 7 days.
(7) handle the transfer.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no reflection or problems that do not affect the selection and employment, the county agricultural bureau shall report to the county human resources and social security bureau for approval and handle the transfer procedures according to the prescribed procedures.
