Advantages and disadvantages of Guangzhou-Buddhism integration and Pearl River Delta integration

The following is the complaint of one of my classmates ~ and the integration of the Pearl River Delta is for myself ~

The disadvantage of Foshan below is the advantage of Guangzhou.

Even Guangfo is in the same city ~ behind it are interest groups! Real estate developers (through the transformation of the three old buildings, the plots were turned into real estates), and buyers and speculators swarmed behind them, using Foshan resources to serve Guangzhou people, education, economy, culture, social security, water control and gas, even if the transportation is convenient, it is nothing more than based on the convenience of Guangzhou people. Guangzhou moved to Foshan (Nanhai) when it couldn't let go, while the locals just hitchhiked, such as repairing the subway. And if the wage level can't keep up, it will make it more difficult for local people. Why not talk about wage urbanization? That's why. In addition, Guangzhou people who buy houses will continue to spend money in Guangzhou, and Foshan is just a place to settle down (Foshan development needs 10 years? Only by keeping up with the development of various facilities in Guangzhou can they be attracted to stay in Foshan for consumption, but the increase in property prices at that time will offset everything. Factories will be forced to move to towns far away from Guangzhou because of high land prices, high wages and high prices, and the rest will be concentrated in the service industry, which will become more Guangzhou people! From its strong interest in the South China Sea (where there is land, the South China Sea does not need special care from Guangzhou) and what it has done after absorbing Panyu (as far as we know, Panyu has not actually improved), and why Guangzhou is not interested in Sanshui, Gaoming and Guangzhou? Even if there is, it is not to open a factory and help build roads, but to engage in real estate. In addition, the rise in housing prices will affect all aspects, followed by price increases. It is difficult to raise wages at present, and the price increase will offset most things. When the same city develops to a certain stage, do you think Foshan people will go to Guangzhou, which is more convenient and cheaper, or stay in Foshan, which has fewer choices and is more expensive? Recently, I passed by some sites and made a spot where Guangfo is in the same city. It is said that property prices have gone up by 30%! ! ! What other piece of land is illegally occupying my village's land! Anything that pushes them to break the law is nothing more than 100% profit! If the profit exceeds 200%, they may ignore all the norms in the world, which is why I commit the crime of real estate in my heart! How inhuman it is that a person who has struggled all his life turns out to be a commercial house! Guangfo is a family, and this slogan is like an example of "poor relatives, rich relatives". This is just an official slogan. I still remember the merger of Foshan and the slogan "Guangdong's third largest city". I wonder if it was thrown into the Fenjiang River! Alas, judging from the integration history of Foshan, the progress is not particularly obvious. In my opinion, it is not cost-effective to use Shunde and Nanhai resources to develop the old district of Chancheng. How selfish!

Also, I don't know if you have noticed that demolition and demolition rewards are often talked about on TV. This is an insult to the wisdom of the people. Each side has a few hundred yuan reward and long-term benefits. The SAR Government is an insult to the people's wisdom. When the land reserve price is set extremely low and the bonus is set very high, it is equivalent to robbery!

Maybe I love the South China Sea too much in my heart ~ It is a matter of time before Guangzhou and the South China Sea merge, and it is also the general trend. There is no choice! I hope there are tangible benefits.

When my alma mater, Fo Da Neng, got a piece of land in Guangzhou University Town and built a new campus because of the urbanization of Guangzhou and Buddhism, we'll talk about it then ~
