Why can't siri on my Apple phone work?

First, you should connect to the Internet. Second, you can restart your phone. If not, you can call Apple's customer service or go to Apple's mobile phone repair shop to consult relevant technicians. Of course, if you don't turn on this function, turn it on first:

First, open the setting function option on Apple's mobile phone, and find the general option from the drop-down interface;

Click General Options in the settings menu to enter the general interface, where siri options can be found;

Click the siri option to enter the siri setting interface, which is not turned on by default, as shown below;

Slide the right button to open this function, and a drop-down window will pop up. Select the enable siri option, as shown in the figure below.

Click the Enable siri option. At this time, there is an option to allow siri function in the siri interface, which is not turned on by default, as shown in the following figure;

Slide the button on the right to open the "Hey siri" option, enter the setting "Hey siri" interface, and set the voice as needed. After the setting is successful, you can turn on the "Hey siri" function, as shown in the figure below.
