Accurately speaking, the Imperial City is a part of Longkou City, but people here usually refer to Longkou City, a small town located in the west of the Imperial City. Although the Imperial City belongs to Longkou City, it belongs to the "Big Longkou" but is in the east of the "Little Longkou" because of the problems of "Big Longkou and Small Longkou".
