(1) Professional driver training refers to the training of drivers who take driving as their occupation. Its training goal should not only meet the technical requirements of automobile driver's qualification, but also meet the technical business requirements of road transport knowledge and simple automobile troubleshooting.
(2) Non-professional driver training refers to the training of drivers who do not take driving as their profession, and the training objectives should meet the requirements of driving knowledge and technology.
(3) Driver's technical level training refers to the training conducted by automobile drivers who have obtained driving qualifications to improve their technical level, and the training objectives shall meet the requirements of workers' technical level. Seventh automobile and motorcycle driver training schools (classes) must meet the professional conditions stipulated by the Ministry of communications. Article 8 Anyone who applies for setting up a driver training school (class) shall go through the registration formalities with the administrative department for industry and commerce. The administrative department for industry and commerce shall, after soliciting the opinions of the traffic administrative department, approve the registration and apply for a business license according to the school-running plan of the traffic administrative department and the conditions possessed by the applicant. Article 9 A driver training school (class) must strictly follow the approved business scope and enrollment plan, strictly implement the teaching plan and syllabus formulated by the Ministry of Communications, use the teaching materials specified by the Ministry of Communications, ensure the training quality, and submit the teaching plan and relevant materials to the competent department of driver industry.
The competent department of driver training industry shall cooperate with the administrative department for industry and commerce to conduct annual inspection of driver training schools (classes), and inspect, supervise, evaluate and guide the training quality of training schools. Tenth driver training schools (classes) training methods are divided into full-time and school hours.
The training mode of professional drivers is full-time training, and non-professional drivers can take full-time or class-time training. Eleventh students learn driving time, by the traffic administrative department according to the relevant provisions of the state and the actual situation of this province shall be stipulated separately. Theoretical teachers should have technical secondary school education or above and have professional teaching ability; The driving instructor must hold the coach certificate issued by the vehicle management authority and the technical grade certificate of the automobile driver above the intermediate level.
Theoretical teachers and driving coaches are openly recruited by the driver training school (class) to the public and issued with employment certificates. The appointment certificate shall be uniformly printed by the provincial traffic administrative department. Fourteenth coaches must meet the safety technical requirements stipulated by the Ministry of Public Security and the second-class vehicle standards classified by the Ministry of Communications according to the technical conditions of vehicles, and be equipped with auxiliary braking and other safety protection devices as required. The coach car must be inspected by the vehicle management authority, and the coach car license plate can be issued before driving. Fifteenth driver training schools (classes) according to the training plan to recruit students, issued to the traffic department unified production of the "student card". Students can learn to drive under the guidance of a driving coach with the Student ID Card. When learning to drive, the driving instructor should be responsible for mistakes such as violations. Sixteenth students who have passed the training shall be issued a certificate of completion by the driver training school (class), and the certificate of completion shall be uniformly printed by the transportation department. Seventeenth individual training drivers, must hold a coach license and a coach car in accordance with the provisions of these measures, apply to the administrative department for Industry and Commerce for a business license, accept the industry management of the competent department of driver training industry, and apply for a student card.
