After obtaining a business license, an enterprise registered by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau,
To apply to the competent department of engineering cost industry for Grade B qualification (tentative), the following standards shall be met:
1, the registered capital of the enterprise is not less than 500,000 yuan;
2. The number of registered cost engineers among enterprise investors shall not be less than 60%, and the capital contribution shall not be less than 60% of the total registered capital;
3, technical director should have the qualification of registered cost engineer, and have senior professional and technical titles, and engaged in engineering cost professional work 10 years or more;
4. Full-time professionals shall be no less than 12, among which, there shall be no less than 6 people who have obtained the registration certificate of cost engineer, and other personnel shall have the qualification of cost engineer (division), and there shall be no less than 8 people with professional titles above the intermediate level;
5. The personnel file relationship of full-time professionals must be managed by a nationally recognized personnel agency;
6. The full-time social endowment insurance procedures handled by this enterprise are complete;
7. The accumulated operating income of the project cost consultation within 1 year after the enterprise obtains the tentative grade is not less than RMB 500,000;
8. Have a fixed office space, and the per capita office area is not less than 10 square meter;
9, technical file management system, quality control system and financial management system is complete;
10 and nearly 1 year, the enterprise has no bad record in undertaking engineering cost consulting business.
Bidding procedures
Qualification of Grade A engineering cost consulting enterprise
Approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development;
Qualification of Grade B engineering cost consulting enterprise
It shall be examined and approved by the construction administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and reported to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for the record.
