If the user dials the long-distance area code of an open city, the generated long-distance call charges will be charged according to the standard tariff.
(2) Fixed telephone users: Local calls generated by users dialing1183 are charged according to the local network tariff standard.
Long-distance call charges generated by users dialing1183 are charged according to the 4006 service tariff standard.
Dialing method:
(1) Mobile phone users: In the open provinces and cities, users can dial 1 183 directly regardless of their home or roaming place, without adding long-distance area code; Within the range of unopened provinces and cities, users need to dial the area code of the opened provinces and cities (long-distance area code+1183).
(2) Fixed telephone users: you can dial 1 1 183 directly in the opened city. The dialing mode of "Toll Area Code+1183" is not enabled.
