Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of undergraduates in our school and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws, the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the Articles of Association of Harbin Institute of Technology, combined with the actual situation of our school.
Article 2 The name of the school is Harbin Institute of Technology for short. The English translation is Harbin Institute of Technology, and the English abbreviation is HIT. The legal address of the school is No.92 Xidazhi Street, nangang district, Harbin, Heilongjiang. The school has Xidazhijie Campus and huanghe road Campus in Harbin, and Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) and Harbin Institute of Technology Shenzhen Graduate School in Weihai City, Shandong Province and Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province respectively.
Article 3 The school is a full-time general institution of higher learning organized by the state, which belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is one of the first universities to enter the National 2 1 1 Project and the 985 Project.
Article 4 The headquarters of Harbin Institute of Technology and the headquarters of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) separately code undergraduate enrollment institutions. When candidates fill in their volunteers, fill in the code and enroll separately. Graduates are awarded the same undergraduate diploma and bachelor's degree certificate of Harbin Institute of Technology.
Article 5 Schools take talent training, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance and innovation as their basic functions, and implement undergraduate education, postgraduate education and continuing education.
Article 6 Under the leadership of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the undergraduate enrollment work of the school fully implements the spirit of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education, and comprehensively measures the moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic conditions of candidates in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and selects the best candidates.
Article 7 Undergraduate enrollment of schools shall be supervised by discipline inspection and supervision departments, news media, candidates, parents and all sectors of society.
Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 8 Harbin Institute of Technology shall set up an Admissions Committee and a leading group for undergraduate enrollment, which shall be responsible for formulating the articles of association, policies and plans for undergraduate enrollment, and discussing and deciding major issues of undergraduate enrollment.
Article 9 The Admissions and Employment Office of Harbin Institute of Technology is a permanent organization that organizes and implements undergraduate enrollment, and is specifically responsible for the daily work of undergraduate enrollment.
Article 10 The Admissions and Employment Office of Harbin Institute of Technology shall set up enrollment publicity working groups in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to needs. The working groups are responsible for the publicity and consultation of school enrollment in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and assist the Admissions and Employment Office to do a good job in enrollment.
Chapter III Enrollment Plan
Article 11 Harbin Institute of Technology shall, according to the actual situation of the school's personnel training and school-running conditions, make overall consideration of the number of college entrance examinations, the quality of students, the employment quality of graduates, the coordinated development of regions, the national key support policies, and the planned arrangements over the years, and determine the enrollment plan by province and specialty, and report it to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for approval. The annual enrollment plan and the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment institutions.
Twelfth schools according to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) enrollment plan and student situation to determine the transfer ratio. Voluntarily file batches in sequence, and the file transfer ratio is within 120%. According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the file transfer ratio is within 105%.
Thirteenth schools reserve a small number of plans to balance the quality of students in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) and solve the contradiction of admission of candidates with the same score. The reserved plan shall not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plan, and shall be announced to the public in advance. When using the reservation plan, adhere to the principle of quality first, openness and transparency, and mainly put it in the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where high-quality students enroll in our school.
Chapter IV Admission
Article 14 Harbin Institute of Technology recognizes in principle the bonus points given by the Ministry of Education and the education authorities of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education. If the same candidate meets multiple bonus points, only the highest score will be obtained, and the bonus points shall not exceed 20 points.
Fifteenth schools to determine the minimum admission score according to the score, according to the score of candidates for professional division. Take the principle of giving priority to scores, and there is no grade difference between majors. Candidates who have received professional adjustment in the admission of parallel volunteer investment scores will not quit. In the case of the same score, arrange majors for candidates in the order of professional volunteers. Within the enrollment plan of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region 1: 1, the admission rules of queuing admission by major are implemented.
Article 16 The minimum requirement of the headquarters of Harbin Institute of Technology for the subject level of candidates in Jiangsu Province is AA, and the minimum requirement of the headquarters of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) for candidates in Jiangsu Province is AB. The minimum requirement for self-enrollment candidates is AB, the minimum requirement for high-level art troupe candidates is BB, and the subject level of high-level sports team candidates is implemented according to the relevant regulations of Jiangsu Province.
Article 17 The foreign language courses of computer science and technology, information security, bioinformatics, software engineering, Internet of Things engineering, information management and information system, e-commerce, finance, international economy and trade (School of Economics and Management), English, mathematics, photoelectric information science and engineering, physics, chemistry, biological science, sociology, law, etc. 17 are English. Foreign language courses for all majors in Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) are in English, and non-English language candidates are cautious to apply.
Eighteenth candidates for architecture, urban and rural planning and landscape architecture should have a certain artistic foundation. After entering the school, they will try to sketch, and unqualified candidates will transfer to other related majors according to the results of the college entrance examination.
Article 19 The school selects no more than 200 outstanding freshmen (foreign languages are limited to English) to enter Cai Ying University through the mode of Cai Ying University, implements a dynamic training system of top-notch innovative talents, and strives to cultivate innovative talents with solid foundation, strong practical ability and international competitiveness.
Article 20 Schools shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education on special types of enrollment, formulate specific measures to carry out independent enrollment, special enrollment plans for rural students, arts, high-level art groups, high-level sports teams and walk students. Our school's art enrollment major is environmental design, which recruits art candidates, and the school does not organize school examinations. Candidates have passed the unified examination of fine arts in their province, and their college entrance examination scores have reached the admission control line of our school in the province of origin. Our school enrolls students from high score to low score according to the results of the cultural course of the college entrance examination, and the scores of mathematics and foreign languages are not less than 80. The enrollment work of inland Tibetan classes, inland Xinjiang high school classes and ethnic minority preparatory classes is carried out under the leadership of the leading group for enrollment work of inland Tibetan classes, inland Xinjiang high school classes and ethnic minority preparatory classes of the Ministry of Education.
Article 21 According to the plans and requirements of the Ministry of Education and the General Political Department to recruit national defense students, some majors of national defense students have requirements on the gender of candidates. Except for the national defense student enrollment plan, all majors in other enrollment plans of Harbin Institute of Technology have no restrictions on the gender of candidates.
Twenty-second Harbin Institute of Technology undergraduate enrollment physical examination standards in accordance with the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" implementation. The national defense students' enrollment physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the enrollment physical examination standards of China People's Liberation Army colleges and universities.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-third freshmen, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school entrance qualification examination. Students who fail to pass the examination shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations until their admission qualification is cancelled.
Twenty-fourth schools charge tuition and accommodation fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education and the standards approved by the Heilongjiang Provincial Price Bureau.
Article 25 Our school does not entrust any intermediary agency or individual to enroll students, and does not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of intermediaries or individuals who engage in illegal enrollment publicity activities in the name of our school.
Twenty-sixth schools should publish relevant enrollment information and admission results of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) in a timely manner through the website of the Admissions Office of Harbin Institute of Technology (website:).
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The original enrollment regulations shall be abolished at the same time. After the promulgation of the articles of association, Harbin Institute of Technology will formulate corresponding policies in case of adjustment of enrollment policies for college entrance examinations in some provinces, and make a separate announcement.
Article 28 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions and Employment Office of Harbin Institute of Technology.
