The "Proposal" stipulates that children who buy houses in Yanjiao High-tech Zone but have not applied for household registration shall take their place of residence (real estate license and house purchase agreement) as proof; Children of migrant workers, migrant workers and businessmen voluntarily choose Xiaoliu Primary School, Zhang Ying Primary School, Shengtun Primary School, Liu Xi Primary School, Gaolou Primary School and Beiyangzhuang Primary School with temporary residence permit, work certificate and business license.
On the basis of strict implementation of this scheme, primary schools in Yanjiao High-tech Zone can flexibly grasp the residents who have no Yanjiao hukou, real estate license or household registration agreement within the school service scope according to the teachers and resources of the school.
