I want to talk about some of my feelings and opinions from the perspective of a person who has just learned psychology for several years.
Why is this happening? I think it can be analyzed from these angles.
1. Susceptible factors
I don't know if you have such an experience. When you see a doctor in a hospital, especially a cancer patient, the doctor usually asks a question, has anyone in your family ever had this disease?
In psychological counseling, the necessary information collection of psychological counselors will also include the family history of visitors. Why?
In fact, there is a genetic factor in our body, which is especially common in the issue of emotional disorders. We call it the susceptibility factor. Everyone has this thing. It may or may not happen in your life. So what are the susceptible factors? Literally, it is easy to feel. Each of us has different sensitivities to the same stimulus. Some people are very sensitive and feel pain when they are pricked by needles. Some people have low sensitivity and may not know when to bleed. It is under such different sensitivities that our susceptibility factors are triggered differently. So some people may just turn on the switch when they see the reflection of the cup and perceive it as a snake, and the snake has the feeling of fear and fear in our collective subconscious, so we will feel uneasy.
2. The same person, different stimuli will have different feelings.
For example, there is half a glass of water on the table, and some people will say, alas, there is only half a glass of water. Some people will say, wow, there is still half a glass of water, the former is more likely to feel depressed, and the latter is more likely to feel happy.
Similarly, what is thrown into the cup is actually the shadow of the bow. Some people think it is, others may think it is other shapes, so this perception will cause different emotional experiences in the linkage.
project
We often say that it comes from the heart. There is a test in psychology called projection test, and the famous ones are Rorschach ink and ATA. Through some unnamed pictures, let the visitors describe the pictures, and find the psychological process of the visitors in this description. I feel that this story tells us a lot, such as this test, which reflects our current state, or that the state of people with a bow and snake shadow is a little anxious.
In addition, the shadow of a cup bow snake will have a great relationship with our perception of things. We know a thing through the cognition of its overall attributes, which is related to our past experience.
Perhaps psychologically, different dimensions and different schools will have different analyses to see what kind of analysis the landlord accepts. As Li Ming said, as long as a person can be treated, no matter what way he uses, it can be called consultation. We look at a thing, not limited to one dimension. Only by constantly expanding dimensions can we have a better view of the world and life. So I also want to share a psychological principle described from this story.
There is such a scene in the story: Ying Shao heard that Du Xuan was ill and went to visit Du Xuan, and Du Xuan recovered after seeing the bow on the wall. Let's see why he recovered after seeing the bow on the wall. Du Xuan's psychological process is hidden in this story.
Let's look at the story from the beginning. At first, Du Xuan thought he had drunk the snake. What will happen: Is this snake poisonous? Will I be poisoned? Will he bite my stomach? I might be bothered by it, he squirms in my stomach?
Maybe his body will have some reactions: dizziness, abdominal cramps, nausea, ah, sure enough, I may die soon.
At this time, he not only felt a fake pregnancy physically, but also was emotionally troubled. Emotional distress and physical feelings verify each other, gradually deepening his experience of drinking snakes, making him insomnia and getting thinner.
After Ying Shao showed him the bow, Du Xuan's psychological process may be like this. Ah, it's a bow. It won't get sick, and there is no snake in its belly. I won't be poisoned. I am still a good man, and his mood will get better and happier. It seems that the whole world has become better.
The change of the whole mentality is just an action, which makes him see a fact.
Did you think of anything when you saw this?
Does it often happen in our life? Sometimes we have our own psychological processes that are easy to ignore. This process may bring us different emotional feelings, thus changing our way of life.
It is very common in interpersonal counseling that when we talk to a person, we often have strong emotional feelings because of the other person's eyes, actions or even words. As the saying goes, we think too much.
We often think about some problems with ourselves as the center and feel that we are extremely important. The world revolves around ourselves, but we seldom verify what the objective facts are like.
Maybe the other person's eyes are telling you that you have aroused my * * * sound and reminded me of some things before. I'm grateful to you for not talking too much, and I don't want to hear it.
Maybe he just heard it from someone else. He doesn't know the meaning of multidimensional. It's a positive word in his world, but it's a negative word in your world. All these tell us that the glass bow and the snake shadow mean that we stand in our own role to see the world, and sometimes if we step out of your circle, maybe your world will suddenly be enlightened.
My humble opinion and feeling.
