What is a logistics information officer?

Personnel engaged in purchasing, warehousing, transportation, distribution, freight forwarding, information services and other management in the fields of production, circulation and service.

The National Professional Standard for Logistics Technicians was entrusted by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and promulgated by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The national professional standard of logistics division was officially promulgated on June 23rd, 2003, and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security decided to carry out the unified appraisal of logistics division's professional qualification nationwide in 2006. Employees must go through the corresponding training and national unified examination, and obtain the vocational qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor before they can take up their jobs. The principle of "unified standard, unified proposition, unified training, unified examination management and unified certification" is strictly implemented in the national Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security certification. After passing the examination, People's Republic of China (PRC) and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security will issue People's Republic of China (PRC) vocational qualification certificates, and unified numbering, registration management and online inquiry will be implemented. This certificate is used all over the country.

There are four levels of this profession, namely: logistics staff (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant logistics staff (national vocational qualification level 3), logistics staff (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior logistics staff (national vocational qualification level 1).

4 reporting conditions

(a) logistics practitioners (national vocational qualification level 4)

1. After obtaining the graduation certificate of the relevant major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, reached the standard hours stipulated in the vocational training for logistics personnel of this major, and obtained the certificate of completion.

2, engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 5 years.

3. Obtain the vocational (professional) graduation certificate of secondary vocational school recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security (now the administrative department of human resources and social security) for the purpose of cultivating intermediate skills.

(two) assistant logistics division (national vocational qualification level 3)

1. After obtaining the qualification certificate of logistics officer of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, reached the standard hours of vocational training at the level of assistant logistics officer of this major, and obtained the certificate of completion.

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional logistics staff, he has worked in this major or related occupations for more than 5 years.

3. Obtain a vocational (professional) graduation certificate from a senior technical school or higher vocational school with advanced skills as the training goal, and be approved by the administrative department of labor and social security (now the administrative department of human resources and social security).

4. Have a relevant major or college degree or above, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year.

5. Have a bachelor degree or above and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

(three) logistics division (national vocational qualification level two)

1. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant logistics engineer, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, reached the standard class hours stipulated by the professional logistics engineer level vocational training, and obtained the certificate of completion.

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant logistics engineer, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.

3. Have a bachelor's degree or above in this major and related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.

(four) senior logistics division (national vocational qualification level)

1. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of logistics engineer in this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, reached the standard hours stipulated in the vocational training of senior logistics engineer in this major, and obtained the certificate of completion.

2. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional logistics engineer, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years.

3. Have a master's degree or above in this major and related majors, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 3 years.
