Every day from 7:00- 19:00, small (light, micro) cars are restricted to single and even numbers, that is, vehicles with single numbers are prohibited from passing for two days according to the tail number of the license plate; Single-day single-number traffic, unparalleled vehicles; If the tail number of the license plate is letters or Chinese characters, the last Arabic numeral of the license plate shall prevail (including local temporary license plates, excluding foreign license plates).
During the period of single and double number restriction, the restrictions on motor vehicles with double tail numbers will be stopped, and city buses will be free to ride.
Second, the restricted area
Haigang District and Qinhuangdao Development Zone: Road traffic is prohibited in areas east of Xingkai Lake Road (excluding), south of Old 102 National Road (excluding) and west of Donggang Road (excluding).
Note: West Ring Road, west section of Hebei Street (west of West Ring Road) and North Second Ring Road-Haiyang Road (north of North Ring Road)-North Ring Road (west of Haiyang Road) of the old 102 national highway are not restricted.
Beidaihe District: Road traffic is prohibited in the area south (including) of Shandongbao overpass and east (excluding) of Hump Road.
Shanhaiguan District: Road traffic is prohibited in the areas east of Shihe East Road (excluding), south of Guancheng North Road (excluding), west of Guancheng East Road (excluding), west of Shanghai Road (excluding) and north of National Highway 228 (excluding).
Three. Special provisions
During the restriction period, the following vehicles are not restricted by the restriction measures:
(1) Buses, long-distance passenger buses, passenger taxis (excluding rental vehicles), special postal vehicles, vehicles with tourist bus operating licenses issued by transportation management departments, unit commuter buses (large and medium-sized buses) and school buses with school bus licenses.
(2) Military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles performing tasks.
(3) Urban management, markets, traffic law enforcement vehicles, environmental monitoring vehicles, on-site investigation vehicles of insurance companies, cash-carrying vehicles of banks, civil assistance and rescue vehicles for clearing obstacles, and other law enforcement vehicles and special operation vehicles that really need to pass.
(four) special vehicles for sanitation, gardens and road maintenance (driving according to the time and route approved by the public security traffic management department).
(5) Funeral vehicles in funeral homes.
(6) Pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles and special vehicles for the disabled (disabled drivers) with legal licenses.

(eight) other vehicles that are not restricted by the driving route and direction as prescribed by laws and regulations.
