Taoist Temple has five Jade Emperor halls, three Zhenjun Hall halls and a mountain gate. There is a folk saying: "there is a small Maoshan (Taoist temple) first, and then there is a true view (vault)." The incense is extremely strong. On the occasion of Taoist gods' birthdays or knocks, believers flood in, boats burning incense fill the river banks for miles, overlooking the fire dragon at night, hence the name of Huolongbang Village below the mountain. According to Wu Jun's Journey to the Western Hills, Zhenjun Hall (i.e., Mao Gu and Mao Zhong) was in the lower hall, Zhu Henghai made stoves in the 26th year of Kangxi (1687), and the rest made stoves, and Kangxi (17 14) was making clocks. It was burned in 35 years (1946). In the Qing Dynasty, Pan Zunqi's poem Xiaomaoshan said: "Rock bloom is full of mountains, and all the way points to Zhongmaoshan. After a while, I sat on the Pearl Spring and brought my own tea set to cook the breeze. "
During the Republic of China, it was presided over by Taoist Xu. After liberation, only the remaining mountain gate was destroyed during the first exploration and mining of copper mine in the early 1970s. At the end of 2000, at the initiative of Xu Zhenxin, the son of Xu, the former head of Maoshan Village, Maoshan Daoyuan was planned and rebuilt at the southern foot. The lower house, which is open to the real scenery on the dome mountain. At present, the main hall in the Taoist temple is dedicated to the Jade Emperor, called the Jade Emperor Hall. Others include Guanyin Hall, Sanmao Hall and Chunyang Hall. The gate is dedicated to gods such as Lingguan.
Mao Ying (formerly 145-? A native of Xianyang (now Shaanxi) in the Western Han Dynasty, the word Shu Shen. Records of Maoshan Mountain and Biography of His Majesty Dongyue in Taiyuan recorded that when he was young, he practiced in Hengshan Mountain and had different exercises, and then he hid in Juqu Mountain (now called Maoshan Mountain, in Jurong, southwest of Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province). -be convinced, practice the art of occupying the valley, and rule the world with medical skills. Later, his younger brothers, Mao Gu and Mao Zhong, became monks with him, and were called Big, Middle and Little Mao Jun. The famous "Fairy Table" listed the three brothers of Mao as the ancestors of Mao Shan-"San Mao Zhen Jun". Up to now, Wudang still has the San Mao Zhen Jun Dian .. Mao Ying was appointed as the real monarch of the Shangqing School in Dongyue, and was regarded as the founder of the Shangqing School in Maoshan. The Taoist major of Maoshan School is "Shangqing Jing", and courses such as "san huang Jing" and "Lingbao Jing" are also taken, so as to summon ghosts and gods with spells to avoid believers, feed on food and make an alchemy. Nanshan prevailed in Sui and Tang Dynasties and became one of the three major schools of Taoism.
