Therefore, since 1997, Sichuan University Software has invested a lot of manpower and material resources to upgrade its application platform and develop new systems. In this process, Sichuan University Software cooperated with real estate management departments and IBM all over Sichuan, and successfully developed a brand-new application solution, HouseOffice system, with different specifications. This system can be a large management system based on IBM AS/400 DB2, or a small application system for small and medium-sized cities based on UDB and nt. Its function basically includes all the contents of the housing management department. In particular, the "commercial housing contract filing management system" is the first to be used in China, with a unique management style. Its relevant experience has been recognized by the relevant departments of the Ministry of Construction. At present, 400 real estate developers in Chengdu have been brought into the management of the system, and real-time online sales can be filed, which has achieved good social benefits.

Real estate integrated management system
