I. Application conditions

Applicants for talent apartments should also meet the following conditions:

Fourth, management regulations.

2. Property-style talent apartments shall not be directly listed and traded within 5 years from the date of real estate registration; If the listing transaction is less than 5 years and less than 10 year, 50% of the difference between the transaction price (subject to the accrued house deed tax price) and the limited price at the time of purchase shall be paid to the government. If it has been listed and traded for more than 10 years, it will not pay land appreciation and other benefits.

3. The operating unit of the leased talent apartment shall sign a lease contract with the lessee for no more than 5 years in combination with the lessee's wishes. After the expiration of the contract, the lessee shall vacate the house. If it is impossible to vacate due to objective reasons, a three-month transition period can be given, during which the rent will be paid according to the market rent. If it is necessary to renew the lease for special reasons, the lessee shall apply to his work unit for renewal of the lease three months before the expiration of the contract, and go through the formalities for renewal of the lease after being examined and approved by the office of the county leading group for talent apartment construction, and pay the rent according to the market rent during the renewal period.
