Does video job fair replace traditional recruitment?

Traditional recruitment is face-to-face communication, which makes it easier and more direct to see each other's situation.

I think that apart from some technical factors, such as network interference, video job fairs can't see each other's abilities.

For example, during the interview, let the candidates fill in some materials or make some daily documents to observe their ability to do things, which can't really be reflected in video recruitment.
