1. Check whether the WiFi password is correct.
It is suggested that when entering the password, click the "eye icon" to display the password to ensure it is correct.
2. reconnect to WiFi
Please go to Settings-WLAN, click on the WiFi you need to connect, and then click "Forgot Network/Forgot Password" to reconnect.
3. Check whether the WiFi network is normal.
Please compare whether other mobile phones are normally connected to the same WiFi, and confirm whether it is WiFi or mobile phone. If it is due to WiFi, please restart the wireless router check. At the same time, you can enter the router management interface to see if there are any special functions, such as limiting the number of connections, MAC binding, online time management and so on.
4. Reset network settings
Do a good job of backing up data such as WiFi, enter Settings-System Management-Backup and Reset-Reset Network Settings-Reset Settings, and then use it to view.
Note: Resetting the network settings will clear the connection records such as WLAN, mobile data network and Bluetooth; Dual cards need to select the corresponding SIM card.
5. Restore all settings (please do this when you can't see the Reset Network Settings menu)
Do a good job of data backup, go to Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset-Restore all settings, and follow the onscreen instructions.
Note: Restoring all settings will not delete any software and files, but only restore all settings of the mobile phone. Some third-party application accounts need to log in again. Please ensure that the use of the software will not be affected before operation.
