In April, 2005, the National Postdoctoral Management Committee approved the transformation of the Postdoctoral Research Center of the First Air Force Research Institute into the Postdoctoral Research Center of the Air Force Equipment Research Institute, and reserved the qualification to recruit postdoctoral students independently. On the occasion of expanding the scale of our hospital and accelerating the construction of postdoctoral research centers, we warmly welcome outstanding doctoral graduates from both inside and outside the military to engage in postdoctoral research in our hospital.

Postdoctoral researchers must meet the following conditions:
1, has obtained a doctorate;

4, the age is generally under 40 years old and in good health.
Three. Application and approval procedures
1, application time
Doctoral students in China can apply about three months before graduation, and those who have obtained doctoral degrees can apply at any time.
2. Application procedures
Applicants come to our hospital or apply to our hospital's Bo Guan Office with an application form and a letter of introduction from the graduate management department of the university or a written certificate issued by the personnel department of the unit (the cadre department of the unit at or above the division level), or log on to the national postdoctoral management information network system (website) for online registration, and send the relevant proof materials to our hospital's Bo Guan Office.
To apply for becoming a doctor in our hospital, you need the following written materials:
① Application form for postdoctoral researchers in quadruplicate (including the original);
(2) Letter of recommendation from two doctoral supervisors or experts with equivalent academic qualifications in this discipline in quadruplicate (including the original);
(3) A copy of the doctor's degree certificate, or 2 copies of relevant supporting materials for the defense of the doctoral thesis;
(4) 1 doctoral dissertation, copies of scientific research academic achievements, transcripts and other materials;
⑤ A copy of my resume (spouse's resume is required for marriage), physical examination form and ID card (military officer's card or civilian cadre's card), indicating the public security bureau and police station where the household registration is located.
⑥ All doctors who are entrusted to train and directed to train, local and military personnel who are on the job, must submit the certification materials approved by their units as postdoctoral researchers, and clarify the opinions on job distribution after leaving the station.
3. Approval procedures
① Guanbo Office of our hospital organized relevant research institutes, relevant professional experts and tutors to interview the applicants' academic level and scientific research ability, and put forward preliminary opinions.
(2) Guanbo Office will report the preliminary examination opinions to the leading group for postdoctoral work and the Science and Technology Committee of the Institute for deliberation. According to the review results, the postdoctoral researchers who intend to agree to enter the station will be reported to the National Postdoctoral Management Committee for examination and approval, and reported to the Air Force, the Military Postdoctoral Management Information Center and the National Wave Management Committee for the record.
(3) According to the approval of the National Post-doctoral Management Committee, issue a stop notice to the applicants who are allowed to enter the station. Postdoctoral students who are allowed to enter the station must go through the formalities of entering the station within the specified time, and at the same time transfer the organizational relationship, supply relationship and insurance relationship to our hospital. Those who fail to report on time without special circumstances will be treated as automatically quitting the station.
Four, the relevant treatment during the station work.
Postdoctoral students are official national researchers and military cadres, and their working (military) years are calculated continuously. The salary standard is implemented according to the relevant regulations of the state and the military. Enjoy the same welfare and living allowance as the scientific research personnel of the unit where the project is located, with a monthly fee of 100 yuan. Scientific research funds, housing, management of research results, rewards, relocation, resettlement and related treatment of spouses and minor children shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national policies and regulations and the relevant provisions of postdoctoral management in our hospital.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) field management
The post-doctoral work period is generally two years. According to the needs of scientific research, with the approval of the Guanbo Office of our hospital and the higher authorities, it can be appropriately extended, but the longest time is not more than three years. After the expiration of postdoctoral work, you must leave the station or transfer to another Post-Doctoral Research Center (workstation) to engage in postdoctoral research.
During the postdoctoral stay, if there are any of the following circumstances, they should quit the station: those who fail the examination; Being punished by administrative demerit or serious warning within the Party; Unexplained absenteeism 15 days or accumulated absenteeism of more than 30 days in 1 year; Long-term illness makes it difficult to complete the research project; Going abroad or leaving the country is overdue for more than 30 days; Other circumstances that should be retired.
Six, outbound
After the expiration of the work period, after completing the scientific research project agreed in the scientific research agreement signed with the workstation, the postdoctoral certificate will be issued to it, and the senior professional and technical qualifications will be evaluated according to the relevant policies and regulations of the state and the military. Except for those who have signed an agreement to clarify the unit or return to the original unit because of work needs, according to the principle of "two-way choice" and according to my wishes, I can contact the work unit by myself, or be recommended or retained by our hospital. The local postdoctoral staff staying in our hospital shall go through the enlistment formalities according to the relevant regulations.
