In order to do a good job in the geological data information service of expanding domestic demand projects, Zhejiang Geological Data Archives has made some service attempts in improving the service platform, establishing fast service channels, actively providing on-site services for key projects, changing service methods, and conducting service surveys. , and achieved certain results. Now we will share our main practices and experiences with you.

1 Improve the service platform, establish a fast green channel, and actively provide high-quality and efficient information services for projects that expand domestic demand.

1. 1 change the service mode and actively provide services for key projects.

According to the requirements of Document No.37 of the Ministry of Land and Resources and Key Points of Land and Resources Work in Zhejiang Province in 2009, we should do a good job in geological service guarantee for major national and Zhejiang projects, further improve the socialized service level of geological information materials, and actively provide basic geological information services and technical support, and do a good job in geological information service for expanding domestic demand, especially for key projects such as "six lines and two hubs" for railway reconstruction in Zhejiang Province. The Geological Data Archives of Zhejiang Province actively implemented and specially issued the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Geological Data Service of Key Projects such as' Six Lines and Two Hubs' (Zhejiang Didang [2009] No.3), demanding to strengthen the awareness of service guarantee, fully understand and actively do a good job in ensuring the geological data service of major national and provincial projects, take the initiative to contact all units of' Six Lines and Two Hubs', open up a green channel for geological data service, and deliver the data to the door.

In order to fulfill the relevant requirements of the notice, the Geological Data Archives of Zhejiang Province, through relevant channels and the key project of "six lines and two hubs", means that Ning Hang (Ning Hang), Hangzhou-Ningbo (Hangzhou-Ningbo), Shanghai-Hangzhou (Shanghai-Hangzhou), Hangzhou-Changzhou (Hangzhou-Changzhou) and Jinwen (Jinwen) will be expanded in Zhejiang Province this year and next. By 20 12, the operating mileage of high-standard joint-venture railways with a speed of more than 200km per hour in Zhejiang Province will reach 1200km, forming a 1 hour railway traffic circle from Hangzhou to major cities in the Yangtze River Delta and a two-hour railway traffic circle in the province except Zhoushan, taking the lead in realizing railway modernization in China.

Shanghai-Kunming Railway Passenger Dedicated Line (Zhejiang) Company (Hangzhou-Ningbo Railway Dedicated Line) and other preparatory groups established contact, sent special personnel to deliver the geological data catalogue and service guide related to the project, exchanged views on how to do a good job in the service and mode of geological data in the future, negotiated the relevant contents of the Geological Data Service Agreement for Major Projects, and provided special geological data services for key projects.

In addition, he also contacted the headquarters of hangzhou east railway station Hub Project to introduce the scope and content of geological data services that the provincial geological data archives can provide for key projects.

1.2 Do a good job in geological data service to expand domestic demand in various ways.

First, by strengthening service awareness, improving service methods and standardizing geological data utilization services, we will do a good job in geological data service for expanding domestic demand and social and economic development. Ensure that personnel are listed for posts, the service process is on the wall, relevant systems, regulations and copying fees are made public, and the reading room updates the basic geological data retrieval schematic diagram (four second editions) provided for users in time to provide quality services to the society.

The second is to provide the latest geological data service for the society quickly to meet the needs of users. Since 2007, the Geological Data Archives has broken through the national stipulation that Xinhui geological data should be put into storage and put on shelves within three months, so that Xinhui geological data can be put on shelves in the current month and used in the next month, and the new data can be promoted to serve the society as soon as possible. Before 10 every month, release the geological data catalogue that passed the acceptance last month, ensure that the new catalogue query data is updated once a month, and release the relevant information of geological data management in time.

The third is to provide special services according to specific needs. Under the premise of not violating the confidentiality protection and other regulations, provide users with special services by fax, Internet and other means. For example, Zhejiang Nonferrous Geological Prospecting Bureau urgently needs the evaluation opinions in the geological report because of the establishment of the local government's mine reserves accounting project, so the information base adopts the method of faxing opinions first and then completing the utilization procedures, so that users can solve the urgently needed data utilization problem without going to the site, which is also an attempt to change the service mode. At the same time, a new round of mineral resources planning submitted to the Geological Archives will be consulted through the Internet.

The fourth is to take the initiative to approach users and promote services. Take some measures, such as making public welfare geological data CDs in advance, sending specialized personnel to participate in professional training courses for key projects, actively contacting key project activities, actively approaching users, and publicizing geological data services.

1.3 geological data have achieved remarkable results in serving the construction of important projects and expanding domestic demand projects in the province.

By adopting the above measures, by the end of 2009, Zhejiang Museum had provided geological data services for 170 projects closely related to expanding domestic demand. In addition to providing good services for key railway reconstruction projects in the province, it also provides geological data services for a number of important construction projects in the province, including: expressway construction, subway engineering, gas transmission pipeline project, wind power engineering, bridge engineering, shipping engineering, survey and selection of national surveying and mapping reference stations, reservoir geological survey, seismic network construction, large-scale power transmission and transformation projects, river engineering, survey of mineral resources overlying large-scale projects, engineering survey, geological disaster assessment, exploration management, and so on. Among them, the same project provided services for 30 times, totaling 156 times.

* * * Providing geological data services 1.706 person-times, 4324 person-times, 556 person-times/kloc-0 person-times, including digital geological data 1.409 person-times, 3593 person-times and 4626 person-times/person-times; Copy 208 CDs, 44,749 reports 10 17; Copy 267 paper geological reports and copy 13924. Through a large number of geological data information services, not only the data information needs of key projects to expand domestic demand are solved, but also the important value of geological data service institutions is reflected.

1.4 Main service cases

(1) China Railway Tunnel Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. undertakes the survey and design of Shizishan Tunnel of Huanghang Railway in the next stage, and needs to collect relevant geological data. However, because they are not familiar with the situation, they have great blindness in collecting data. Through our enthusiastic help and guidance, they collected a lot of urgently needed data, which brought great convenience to railway geological route selection, saved manpower and material resources, and saved time for promoting the project quickly and efficiently.

(2) Zhejiang Transportation Planning and Design Institute undertakes the expansion project of Yuhuan section in shenyang-haikou expressway (Zhejiang), and needs to collect geological data of Yuhuan area. By understanding each other's needs, they have prepared the materials in this respect in advance, so that they can know the stratigraphic lithology distribution, genetic age and structural development in the work area in a short time, which is of guiding significance for targeted engineering geological exploration in the later period and shortening the construction period.

(3) Zhejiang Geological Survey Institute, No.2 Exploration Team of Zhejiang Coal Geology Bureau, Zhejiang Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources, Zhejiang No.1 Geological Brigade and other units need to collect a lot of data because they undertake the verification project and potential evaluation project of mineral reserves in Zhejiang Province. In order to enable them to collect the required information in time, our library first provides the project list by the demander, and provides the corresponding catalogue according to the demand, which helps to consult and copy enthusiastically, patiently and actively, provides great convenience for the project work and plays an important role in the smooth completion of the project.

(4) Comrade Hua Anqing of Zhejiang Juhua Chemical Mining Co., Ltd. undertook the mining design of line block 5 1 1 ~ 524 in the east section of Xikou, Longyou, Zhejiang Province, and published "511in the east section of Xikou, Longyou, Zhejiang Province" As the mining right of the mine section has been evaluated and the mining right price has been paid, it is necessary to supplement some information that cannot be found to provide geological basis for the preparation of mining design. To this end, we opened up a green channel, enthusiastically and actively inquired during the rest time, and quickly collected this missing information, so that the whole work could be successfully completed.

Some experience.

By developing the geological data information service activities to expand domestic demand, it has played a positive role in improving the service mode of geological data, improving the level of geological data serving the society and enhancing the society's understanding of the role of geological data in economic construction, and has also received certain results. To sum up, there are mainly the following experiences:

2. 1 fully understand the significance of this activity, attach importance to it ideologically and act quickly, which has greatly promoted the socialized service of geological data.

In the process of implementing Document No.37 of the Ministry of Land and Resources and the spirit of relevant departments on doing a good job in geological data information service for expanding domestic demand projects, ideological attention is the most important. In this activity, because we attach great importance to it ideologically, we can also implement it quickly in action. Through the documents issued by the provincial geological data archives, specific measures have been formulated, which have specific standards, contents, directions and requirements for expanding domestic demand and developing geological data services, so that the whole activity has achieved clear objectives, clear requirements, clear procedures and good results.

2.2 Improve the utilization level of geological data by improving the awareness of active service and changing the service mode.

With clear requirements and systems, the way of service has changed. In this activity, we changed the passive service mode of waiting for people to come to the door in the past. By raising the awareness of active service, we introduced them to the information services that the geological data department can provide for key projects and provided the geological data catalogue of the work area, so that the departments and units that need services can understand the acquisition channels and information contents of geological data, thus promoting the improvement of the utilization level of geological data and expanding the influence of geological data services.

2.3 Pay attention to the needs of users, which is of positive significance for mastering the dynamic utilization of geological data and making geological data services more targeted.

In order to better understand and master the utilization of geological data, Zhejiang Geological Data Archives collects all kinds of information of geological data utilization by issuing feedback forms to geological data users. Through the feedback survey of users of geological data, we can collect the utilization situation, project types, utilization effects, users' demands for various geological data and data services, grasp the utilization trends of geological data, and accumulate basic data for geological data services.

3. Some suggestions on continuing to do a good job in geological data service.

3. 1 Communicate information needs and improve service pertinence.

It is important for the data department to provide services on its own initiative, but to do this work well, it is necessary to further communicate the demand information and make the geological data information service more targeted, so as to better play the role of geological data in serving the society.

In this activity, we feel that as a geological data service department, it is necessary to actively carry out the service, but there is still a lot of work to be done to make the active service more targeted. Due to the special status of the information department, it has relatively little contact with the outside world, especially some important project information, which has considerable limitations in developing targeted active services. For example, this is the key service of the sixth line and the second hub, and it takes many ways to get in touch with the project department. Therefore, it is suggested that from the Ministry to the land and resources management departments of provinces, cities and counties, we should give full play to the advantages of information and inform the geological data management and service departments of the relevant information of key construction projects, so that the geological data departments can understand their own needs for geological data through information, thus providing more geological data information services for key projects better and more actively, and giving full play to the role of geological data in national economic construction.

3.2 Carry out the decryption test of classified geological data to promote better service of geological data.

From this activity, we obviously feel that the confidentiality of geological data may bring some inconvenience to the rapid and effective provision of geological data information services to some extent. Therefore, it is suggested that the research on the decryption of classified geological data should be carried out as soon as possible, so that geological data can serve social and economic construction better and more conveniently through decryption.
