Thirty-second construction project consulting units shall not accept the same construction project consultation by both the tenderer and the bidder.
The data and information provided by the construction engineering consulting unit must be true and reliable, and be responsible for the quality of the data and information provided by it.
Thirty-third quality inspection units accept the entrustment of the entrusting unit to test the quality of building materials, building components, equipment and projects, and be responsible for the test results.
If the entrusting unit or other interested parties have any objection to the test results, they may apply for re-inspection; If there is any objection to the re-examination results, you may apply to the testing institution designated by the construction administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level or the relevant professional competent department for appraisal.
