Distribution scope:
Registered unemployed people in cities and towns who have the ability to work and the desire for employment within the legal working age are unemployed and have registered for unemployment or applied for employment;
Rural workers with household registration in Hebei Province who are registered in cities to apply for jobs;
Urban and rural workers from other provinces (cities, districts) who come to our city to apply for jobs.
Implementation basis:

2. Notice of Hebei Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security and other 20 departments on several issues concerning the implementation of the Opinions of the provincial government on Further Strengthening Employment and Re-employment (No.〔2006〕 10/0 of Hebei Labor Agency);
3. Notice on Implementation issued by the Department of Labor and Social Security of Hebei Province (Ji Lao She [20065438+0] No.70);
4. The Tangshan Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau forwarded the Notice on Implementation by the Hebei Provincial Labor and Social Security Department (Tang Lao Ban [2002] No.5);
5. Notice of Tangshan Labor and Social Security Bureau on Further Improving Distribution Management (No.[2006] of the Municipal Labor and Social Security Office11).
Application materials: ID card, household registration book (or residence certificate), graduation certificate (or diploma), discharge certificate, unemployment certificate and 1 inch bareheaded photo.
Application procedure:
1. Newly-added urban workers, college graduates, retired soldiers and other workers with employment needs shall register for unemployment with their ID cards, household registration books, graduation certificates, retirement certificates, 1 recent one-inch bareheaded photos and unemployment certificates issued by street (township) labor and social security offices at or above the county level where they live.
2. For those who are employed to unemployment, they should fill in the Registration Form with their ID card, household registration book, graduation certificate, procedures for dissolving or terminating labor relations issued by the unit, and recent one-inch bareheaded photos 1 according to their affiliation to the employment service agency of the labor and social security department, and receive the Employment Certificate.
3. Rural laborers who work in cities, with their ID cards, graduation certificates and recent one-inch bareheaded photos 1, go to the public employment service institutions of public security departments at or above the county level where their household registration is located to fill in the registration form and obtain employment certificates.
4. Job-seekers from other provinces (cities, districts) come to our city to apply for a job, hold their ID card, graduation certificate, residence certificate issued by the street (township) or employer, 1 recent one-inch bareheaded photo to the public employment service agency of the labor and social security department at or above the county level in their place of residence to apply for job registration, fill in the registration form and get an employment permit.
