According to the Regulation on Safety and Technical Supervision of Pressure Vessels (that is, according to the working pressure, temperature and hazard degree of equipment medium), the working medium is gas and liquefied gas, and the vessel with the highest working temperature higher than the standard boiling point of the working medium is a pressure vessel. Pressure vessels can be divided into three categories:
1. first class container
(1) Low-pressure container with nonflammable or nontoxic medium;
(2) Low-pressure separator shell or heat exchanger shell with flammable or toxic medium.
2. Category II containers
(1) medium pressure vessel;
(2) Low-pressure container with highly toxic medium;
(3) Low-pressure reactor shell or storage tank filled with flammable or toxic medium (including moderately hazardous medium);
(4) Low pressure shell-and-tube waste heat boiler;
(5) Glass lined pressure vessel.
3. Three kinds of containers
(1) medium pressure vessel and p; V is greater than or equal to 0.2 MPa. M3 low pressure vessel;
(2) The flammable or toxic degree is moderate hazardous medium and P; V is greater than or equal to 0.5 MPa. M3 medium pressure reactor p; V is greater than or equal to 10 MPa. M3 medium pressure storage container;
(3) high-pressure and medium-pressure shell-and-tube waste heat boilers;
(4) High pressure vessels and ultra-high pressure vessels.
