Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 Shengtong Card Debit Card is a RMB magnetic stripe debit card (hereinafter referred to as Shengtong Card) issued by Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperatives), which is settled in RMB and has the functions of cash deposit and withdrawal (except unit card), transfer settlement, consumption, receipt and payment, financial management and so on. Article 2 Shengtong Card is a registered debit card. With the password, the cardholder can use it in People's Republic of China (PRC) and countries and regions where China UnionPay Co., Ltd. has opened business. Article 3 Shengtong cards are divided into unit cards and individual cards according to the issuing objects; According to the different levels of cards, it is divided into main cards and auxiliary cards; Personal cards are divided into gold cards, silver cards and ordinary cards according to different cardholder groups. Article 4 The ownership of Shengtong Card belongs to Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative. The business institutions under the jurisdiction of Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative are card issuers, and the units and individuals applying for Shengtong cards in accordance with the articles of association are cardholders. The card issuer has the right to cancel or stop the cardholder's use of Shengtong Card according to the provisions of this chapter. Article 5 Card issuers, cardholders and special merchants shall recognize and abide by these Articles of Association. Chapter II Application Article 6 Any unit or individual with full capacity for civil conduct who has opened a basic deposit account in the business organization within the jurisdiction of Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative may apply for a Shentong card from the business organization within the jurisdiction of Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative without providing guarantee. Article 7 The designated personnel shall hold valid identity documents for the main card and supplementary card of the unit card, and apply with the basic depositor's account opening permit, unit code certificate and the written designation of the legal representative or authorized person of the unit, and specify the usage limit of the supplementary card. Unless otherwise agreed, the unit shall bear all the debts of the cardholder account of its designated unit and the related expenses arising therefrom. Article 8 The principal card of an individual card shall be applied by the principal cardholder with valid identity documents, and the supplementary card shall be applied by the principal cardholder and the supplementary cardholder with valid identity documents. The principal cardholder shall specify the usage limit of the supplementary card. The cardholder of the main card shall bear unlimited joint liability for all debts under the main card and all supplementary cards, unless otherwise agreed by the card issuer and the cardholder. Article 9 When applying for a Shentong card, the applicant shall truthfully fill in the application form as required, and the card issuing institution shall examine the information filled in the application form, and have the right to decide whether to approve the applicant's card application, and issue cards to those who meet the requirements. Article 10 A handling fee will be charged for the account of Shengtong Card. Chapter III Use Article 11 With Shengtong Card, cardholders can deposit and withdraw cash, check the balance, transfer money, modify passwords and spend money in the networked business institutions of Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperatives and special merchants connected with POS machines in ATMs. Cardholders can also check the balance and historical transactions through telephone banking and online banking provided by Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative, and even handle self-service transfer business. If you need to pay online, you must sign an agreement before you can use it. Twelfth cardholders shall not refuse to pay the arrears on the grounds of disputes with merchants. The losses caused by the cardholder's transaction failure due to objective reasons such as communication network failure, and the risks and losses caused by the cardholder's online use of Shengtong Card shall be borne by the cardholder himself, and the card issuer shall not bear any responsibility, except those that are the responsibility of the card issuer. Article 13 If the Shentong Card cannot be used temporarily due to force majeure, the card issuer shall not bear relevant responsibilities. Article 14 Shengtong Card must be deposited first and then paid, and recorded in real time. No overdraft is allowed. Fifteenth cardholders should properly keep the Santong card and password, and change the password of Santong card in time to prevent leakage. All Shengtong card transactions with the same password are regarded as legal transactions authorized by the cardholder himself, and the card issuer takes the electronic information record generated by the cardholder's handling of the transaction with the password as the effective voucher for the transaction. The cardholder shall be responsible for the economic losses caused by password leakage. Article 16 All the funds in the unit card account are transferred out of basic deposit account and deposited, and cash is not allowed to be deposited, and sales income or cash is not allowed to be deposited in the unit card account; The unit card can handle the settlement of commodity trading and labor supply funds. If a single transaction exceeds the prescribed starting point, it shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations.

The funds in the personal card account are limited to cash deposits held by individuals or transfer deposits with their wages and other legitimate income belonging to individuals. It is strictly forbidden to transfer unit funds into personal card accounts. Personal cards can also handle transfer income and payment on behalf of others. Seventeenth Shengtong card is limited to the legitimate cardholder's own use, and may not be transferred, leased or lent to others. Otherwise, all risks, losses and legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the cardholder. If the cardholder of the company card changes due to job changes or other reasons, the company will issue a certificate of changing the cardholder and go through the card replacement formalities at the original card issuing institution in time, and the risks before that shall be borne by the account opening unit. Article 18 Card issuers shall handle the business in which the cardholder's deposit and withdrawal amount exceeds the prescribed limit in accordance with the current provisions on large cash deposit and withdrawal. The daily cumulative limit for customers to withdraw money from ATMs shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of the People's Bank of China. Article 19 Cardholders' cross-bank and cross-regional withdrawals (outside the card-issuing city) must pay the handling fee according to the relevant regulations of the relevant state departments, and the card-issuing institution will directly deduct it from the cardholder's deposit account. Article 20 If a cardholder is swallowed by an ATM machine, he should contact the ATM machine business organization in time and wait for the relevant business organization to retrieve the card with the valid identity certificate of the cardholder. Article 21 The Shengtong card has no validity period, but it must pay an annual fee, which Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative will automatically deduct from the account of Shengtong card every year. If the annual fee is overdue for more than 2 years, the card issuer has the right to cancel the cardholder qualification and recover the Shengtong card. Chapter IV Loss Reporting Article 22 When a cardholder loses a card, he must report the loss in writing to the original card issuer with his valid identity certificate and pay the loss reporting fee. Cardholders can also report the loss orally in the business institutions of Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative or apply for reporting the loss through telephone banking, but they must go through the formalities of reporting the loss in writing within 5 days. After accepting the report of loss, the card issuer may stop payment. A new card can be reissued after 7 days of written loss reporting. If the cardholder forgets his personal password, he can report the loss of the password to the original card issuer with his valid ID card and pay the loss reporting fee.

The cardholder shall bear the financial losses caused by the card issuer before completing the loss reporting procedures. The loss of the main card will not affect the normal use of other supplementary cards. Article 23 If a cardholder finds the original Shengtong card after reporting the loss, but before the bank reissues the new card, he can apply to the card issuer for restoring the use of the original card with valid identity documents and the original loss reporting card, but the loss reporting fee will not be refunded. Chapter V Rights and Obligations Article 24 Rights and Obligations of Cardholders

1. Cardholders with valid Shengtong cards can handle cash deposit and withdrawal (except corporate cards), transfer settlement, consumption, inquiry and other businesses. If the cardholder refuses to accept the card business, the cardholder has the right to complain to the card issuer and its superior competent department.

2. If the cardholder has any questions about the transaction records, he has the right to inquire with the card issuer.

Three, Shengtong card must be used with a password. The cardholder shall keep the password strictly confidential and shall not disclose it to others. The cardholder shall be responsible for the economic losses caused by the cardholder's careless disclosure of the password.

4. If Shengtong Card ceases to be used, its outstanding creditor's rights and debts are still valid.

5. When changing the relevant information, the cardholder must submit a written application for change to the card issuer in a timely and truthful manner, otherwise the cardholder will bear all responsibilities caused by the information change.

6. When the cardholder needs to cancel the Shengtong card, he should apply to the card issuer with his valid ID card and Shengtong card, settle the balance and return the Shengtong card. When the company card is cancelled, the funds in its account must be transferred to its basic deposit account. If the main card of personal card is cancelled without a card, it must be reported first and then cancelled.

7. The cardholder uses Shengtong Card in violation of the Articles of Association, and all risks and losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the cardholder. Article 25 Rights and obligations of card issuers

1. Card issuers operate Shengtong card business in compliance with laws and regulations, protect the legitimate rights and interests of cardholders according to the articles of association, and provide high-quality, fast and safe services for cardholders.

2. When the cardholder requests to inquire about the account balance and transaction details in his card or print the transaction record statement, the card issuer must provide this service for the cardholder.

Iii. The card issuer shall charge the service fee to the cardholder according to the announced charging items, charging standards and charging methods. If the cardholder fails to pay the fee according to the contents of the announcement, the card issuer may suspend the provision of corresponding services. If the cardholder violates the articles of association, the card issuer has the right to cancel the cardholder's qualification and withdraw the Shengtong card.

4. Card issuers have the right to apply for legal protection for the following acts, and investigate the economic and legal responsibilities of the parties according to law: false loss reporting; Forged shengtong card; Using forged or invalid Santong cards; Fraudulent use of other people's shengtong cards, etc.

Five, the card issuer is responsible for keeping the credit information of the cardholder confidential. Chapter VI Calculation of Interest Article 26 The interest on the deposit of Shentong Card shall be calculated and paid according to the interest rate and interest calculation method of the same period and grade stipulated by the People's Bank of China. In case of adjustment of deposit interest rate, the relevant provisions of the corresponding deposit interest rate shall apply. Article 27 Interest income tax shall be levied on personal cards. Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions Article 28 The announcements issued by the card issuer in a legal way that remain valid during the cardholder's use of the card (including those issued before and after the signing of the use contract) are also applicable to the cardholder. If the announcement is inconsistent with the Articles of Association, the announcement shall prevail. Article 29 Matters not covered in the Articles of Association shall be handled in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Bank Card Business and the business rules formulated by the card issuer and the competent department. Any dispute between the card issuer and the cardholder shall be settled in accordance with the relevant laws and financial regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC). The adjustment of related charging standards of Shengtong Card shall be implemented in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of Service Prices of Commercial Banks. Article 30 The Articles of Association shall be formulated, revised and interpreted by Nanhai Rural Credit Cooperative. The Articles of Association shall come into force after being approved by Guangdong Supervision Bureau of China Banking Regulatory Commission, and the same shall apply when it is amended.
