(1) Recruitment Target

1.Unemployed normal graduates who graduated from this county before August 2008;

2. Unemployed graduates from non-normal colleges who graduated before August 2008 and hold teacher qualification certificates;

3. (2) Recruitment conditions

Third, the written test

The written test is a closed-book test, and the Hezhang County Recruitment Leading Group organizes the proposition, paper composition and marking.

Written test score 100, and the last 60% is included in the total score. The content is junior high school knowledge (40%) and senior high school knowledge (60%); There is no bibliography for all subjects specified.

Fourth, the interview

After the written test, the county recruitment leading group will determine the interviewer according to the vacancy position and the written test scores of candidates from high to low at the ratio of 2: 1; If a position is tied with the written test scores of the last candidate of the interviewer, the person with tied scores will also participate in the interview. The interview is organized by the departments of organization, personnel, education and supervision.

After the interview, the county recruitment leading group will determine who will take part in the physical examination according to the examination position. The total score of candidates' written test and interview is from high to low, with a ratio of 1: 1. If there are those who fail the physical examination, they will be replenished according to the total scores of written examination and interview from high to low. The physical examination standard is implemented according to the physical examination standard recognized by the teacher's qualification. The main contents of the examination are the actual performance of candidates and the files of graduates.

If one of the following circumstances is found in the assessment, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled after the approval of the county recruitment leading group:

Seven. hire

Those who pass the written test, interview, physical examination and assessment will be hired. The list of employed personnel was publicized by the county recruitment leading group in Hezhang County Education Bureau and Hezhang County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau for 7 days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, it will be hired. Employees have a one-year probation period. If the probation period expires and the examination fails, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the signed contract will be terminated naturally.
