Report content:
As a child from a poor rural area, I want to elaborate my own rural development road in combination with my own rural development experience, so as to learn from it and sum up lessons, hoping to give some enlightenment to the development of rural areas today. Therefore, during the summer vacation in 2007, I chose to conduct a social practice survey in * * village, * * town, * * city, * * province.
(A) poor yesterday
In my personal memory, * * village in * * town of * * city was a very poor village ten years ago. I vaguely remember that when I was very young, the family conditions were very difficult. My father is a farmer, my mother is a farmer, and even my two brothers have become farmers with their backs to the loess. In my hazy age, my mind will always be the scene of a small rice field in front of my house, where a family of four worked hard to harvest rice together. At that time, a spoonful of sugar water was already the most beautiful thing in memory. Because my family is not rich, I was arranged to go to school when I was over seven years old. However, at that time, I was very tired of learning, because the school was far away, because the classrooms in the school were dilapidated, and because of the lack of learning resources ... In fact, my family's situation at that time was relatively good in the village, because at least my family was not a tile-roofed house, and many other families were tile-roofed houses, and some even had straw houses. When I get up early in the morning, I often hear the rattle, which is the only "shop" in the village-small vendors selling retail goods carrying pole and shouting from door to door. Then, there is endless farm work. ...
(2) Getting rid of poverty today
Compared with the past, the development of rural areas can be described as "sesame blossoms are on the rise". The so-called development means many shops, well-equipped nursing homes and two-story bungalows everywhere. Many families already have large color TV sets, and most of them have taken a fancy to cable TV, VCD, DVD and other equipment, connected the telephone and drank tap water ... motorcycles are basically popular, and their living standards have basically risen to a well-off level. As far as industry is concerned, most villagers have their own unique means of getting rich. The rapid development of various industries and the increasing number of small and medium-sized enterprises have fully promoted the development and progress of rural areas.
(3) the way to get rich
1. Industry becomes rich
Some villagers chose the road of getting rich through industry. Facts have proved that this road to wealth is the most effective. As we all know, the town of * * is a famous hometown of plastics. However, more than ten years ago, XX Town was also a little-known town. On the road of trying to use the plastic industry to develop themselves, residents of all villages are involved. Of course, the villagers in * * village are not far behind, and they have devoted themselves to the plastic tide. Among them, many small and medium-sized enterprises, including * * Japanese Plastic Factory in * * province, * * You Yong Plastic Factory in * * province, and Baofeng Plastic Co., Ltd. in * * province, have been very prosperous and are in the wave of continuous development. Some enterprises have established a modern enterprise system and implemented a comprehensive budget management model. The wage distribution system and the labor employment system have undergone a series of fundamental changes and innovations. At the same time, production equipment has been improved, technological innovation has been strengthened, and enterprise benefits have been improved year by year.
The information obtained through investigation and interview shows that these plastic enterprises in * * village are all private enterprises, and they have produced stable and satisfactory benefits with low capital investment and operation. So their income also reflects the significance of investment. However, their annual tax revenue is generally high, which shows that the private sector is of great significance as a management system. The big action of "taking it from the people and using it for the people" has also made some guarantees. From the number of employees and wages, we can also see that private enterprises provide high wages for many people in rural areas. During the investigation and exchange, several employees are very satisfied with their current workload and wages. It can also be seen that these enterprises have made important contributions to the general improvement of the living standards of the whole rural people.
The dialogue with three business leaders impressed me deeply. Among them, Manager Zhu of Baofeng Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. in * * Province introduced his family background in detail, emphasizing that we should have entrepreneurial spirit, be brave and decisive, be cautious and sincere, be good at grasping opportunities and be prepared for any problems, and stressed that these should be skills that contemporary college students should learn and master in addition to basic cultural knowledge. * * Mr. Hu Lizhi, one of the directors of Japan Plastics Factory, also particularly emphasized that we should learn to socialize, learn to master the ability of dialysis business opportunities, learn to keep developing and advancing, and not stand still.
2. Getting rich through agriculture: Only planting rice as a crop, the era of unified farming has long passed. I'm afraid it is impossible to make proper statistics on the types of agricultural products in * * village now. In terms of fruits, there are many varieties such as peaches, oranges, pears, pomegranates and watermelons, especially watermelons, which have brought satisfactory benefits to many families. In terms of crops, corn, pumpkin and chestnut are also developing simultaneously. Diversified management and planting have brought diversified income to the villagers. Animal husbandry is not far behind, and raising pigs and pigeons is also leading the way. Mr. Xu, the "fruit king" of the year before last, was awarded the title of "pig farmer" last year. In the communication, he also specially picked a big watermelon to open for the author to taste.
3. Others become rich:
The main development of fishery is fishery. As fishing tools become more and more advanced, some villagers have introduced new efficient fishing facilities to develop fisheries. Among them, Mr. Pan, who has been engaged in fishery all the year round, mentioned in his conversation with the author that he had personally studied fishery development in the lake of * * and brought back more advanced fishery equipment. Their family has taken the lead in entering the ranks of well-off families with only one fishery income.
Working in other places is mainly because some villagers go south to Guangzhou, north to Beijing and walk in big cities one after another. Undeniably, this is an old road that many people know. These farmers have made a fortune by working, and most of them have realized their dream of a well-off life. Ms. Feng, who works in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, happened to go home to visit relatives during the summer vacation. She accepted the interview with the author happily and introduced her own experience. Like most women who go south to find their dreams, she has experienced helplessness and hesitation. After running around in the long workflow for several months, she finally understood a truth: if she wants to stand in today's talented society, she must learn and skillfully use a skill. She spent two and a half months learning the manufacture, assembly and maintenance of golf clubs. Finally, now she works in a golf course in Guangdong, earning a lot of money.
Handicraft art, "learning a craft will never starve to death", is a wise saying circulating in rural areas. * * There are many villagers in the village who get rich by craftsmanship, including craftsmen, carpenters and bricklayers ... As a craftsman and carpenter, Master Huang is the first "rich man" in the village to install a solar water heater with air conditioning. As a bricklayer, Master Yan Yiqi has already assembled a group of experts in building houses and has been contracting one house after another. During the conversation, they couldn't hide their joy, and felt gratified and gratified for today's hard-won beautiful life. We are studying today, which seems to be like "learning mathematics and physics well, not afraid to travel all over the world", which will always bring us infinite encouragement and enlightenment.
Rural management
A good leading group is the fundamental guarantee of rural construction. Whether a village can develop depends on whether there is a good village team and team leader. A good team plays a "locomotive" role in economic development. As such a leading group, * * village committee really plays an important role in the development of * * village.
(4) Defects:
1. Strengthen civic moral education and improve spiritual civilization. For example, some entertainment centers can be established, chess, table tennis and badminton competitions can be held in the slack season, and folk art teams can be organized to create a good social atmosphere in which farmers live and work in peace and contentment, rich material and cultural life and people live in harmony.
2. We should do a good job in the planning and construction of villages and towns and improve the living environment of the masses. Rural planning is the basic premise of accelerating rural development. Good planning is also productivity. Practice has proved that reasonable planning mode and convenient transportation are the guarantee for orderly rural construction. However, due to different basic conditions, we should base ourselves on reality and start with improving basic conditions to formulate long-term development plans. Although motorcycles have been popularized in * * village, the poor road conditions have caused many opinions. * * Village should actively attract investment to build roads, strive for good traffic, and facilitate villagers to contact with the outside world.
3. Choosing a suitable carrier is an effective way for rural development. The development of a village should innovate working ideas, select the right breakthrough and find the right carrier, form industrialization, cultivate characteristics, expand scale, build brands, open up markets through industrialization, cultivate new industries, and then promote agricultural development and form a reasonable development system.
4. Improve the scientific and cultural quality of the masses and cultivate new socialist farmers. Professionals can be hired from time to time to guide agro-industrial technology in the village, introduce new varieties, popularize new technologies, pay attention to learning science and technology, use science and technology, learn policies, implement policies, and create a healthy and upward living atmosphere.
Born and raised in the countryside, the author has a personal experience of the ups and downs of farmers and a deep feeling of various changes in the countryside. Anyway, the development of * * Village shocked many people today. I believe that with the further deepening of agricultural reform, farmers' lives will get better day by day. Through this survey, the author deeply felt the experience and lessons that should be learned in the process of rural development and saw some problems that should be paid attention to in rural development. Today, the author recorded these in words, hoping to bring some enlightenment to the development of rural areas today. The author firmly believes that while rural people are working hard, government departments can give them more help and let them realize their dream of prosperity as soon as possible!
