Can I sell my car with a car loan?
Usually, cars that have not been repaid cannot be sold. Users can only sell cars freely after paying off their car loans and going through mortgage procedures and obtaining vehicle ownership. Similarly, before the car loan is paid off, the user cannot transfer the vehicle, and everything can only be transferred after the car loan is paid off and the mortgage cancellation procedures are completed. During the repayment period, although the owner can't sell the car, the bank or auto financing company that borrowed money to buy the car has the right to auction the car. If the general owner fails to repay the car loan within the time limit, the loan bank or financial company will contact the court to apply for auction of the car.
