After logging on to the Internet platform, users can apply for online transfer of their registered motor vehicles by clicking on motor vehicle business → motor vehicle transfer application.

1 Motor vehicle transfer application process
Step 1: Select the motor vehicle to be returned.
The user selects the registered motor vehicle, as shown in the figure below. When the selection is finished, click Next and go to Step 2 to select the transmission destination.
Step 2: Select the return destination.
The user selects the transit destination of the motor vehicle, roams to the destination for business after the selection is completed, and clicks Next to enter step 3 to read the business instructions.
Step 3: Read the business description and return.
Users read the business description, click Read Agree after confirmation, and enter step 4 to confirm submission.
Step 4: Confirm the submission and return.
This step displays the user's vehicle information and transfer destination information.
After confirming the information again, click Get Verification Code, and the system will send a 6-digit verification code to the mobile phone bound by the user. After the user inputs the verification code of the mobile phone, click Submit, and enter step 5 to complete the submission.
Step 5: Complete the submission and return.
After successful submission, the system will generate a business serial number. After this step is submitted successfully, the system will accept it within three working days (excluding the day) after submission, and send a short message to inform the acceptance result. Users can query the business progress according to the business serial number in the network progress.
