The quality inspector, that is, the quality controller, is responsible for the quality inspection of the inspected products according to the technical standards and the strict inspection of the batch of products. Inspectors have the right to put forward opinions to the relevant departments on production conditions, materials used and inspection equipment according to the quality requirements of the products to be inspected. The quality controller should be familiar with and understand the product drawings and process documents, and understand the structural reproduction, performance and use requirements of the inspected products. Quality inspectors have the right to refuse to inspect some products that seriously violate technical requirements, are irresponsible and shoddy, so as to avoid a large number of defective products. The quality controller should provide feedback data on quality to the leaders of relevant departments and production workers, analyze the reasons according to the problems existing in products or parts, and put forward suggestions on prevention and improvement for the reference of the competent leaders and leaders of relevant departments. The quality controller should make inspection records of all items according to the process flow and technical standards, prevent false inspection and missed inspection, find defective products in time and mark them, and ask and urge the manufacturers to take effective measures to manage them carefully to prevent defective products and unqualified products from mixing with qualified products and burying quality hidden dangers. The quality controller needs to issue the quality certificate of whether the product or component is qualified, guide and manage the inspection work of its members, complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders, and be responsible for the inspection results.
