The inquiry method of the national special operation certificate is as follows:
1. Enter "National Special Operation Inquiry System" in the browser, search and find the website of National Special Equipment Operators Public Inquiry System, and click Enter. As shown in the figure below:
2. Enter "Inquiry System of Public Notice System for Special Equipment Operators in China", select "Public Notice Inquiry" and click "Enter". As shown in the figure below:
3. Click "Public Inquiry" and enter the corresponding information such as name, ID number and ID number to inquire. As shown in the figure below:
Article 30 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operators stipulates that special operations refer to operations that are prone to accidents and may cause great harm to the safety and health of operators and others, as well as the safety of equipment and facilities.
The scope of special operations shall be specified in the catalogue of special operations. The term "special operations personnel" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to employees directly engaged in special operations. The certificate held by special operations personnel is a special operation certificate.

Audit requirements for special operation certificate:
1, at least 18 years old, and not exceeding the national statutory retirement age.
2, good health, no hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, dizziness and other diseases and physical defects that hinder this operation.
3, other conditions stipulated by the corresponding special operations.
4, have the necessary knowledge and skills of safety technology.
5, with a junior high school education (hazardous chemicals special operations personnel should have a high school education or equivalent).
Training programs:
Special operations personnel shall receive theoretical training and practical training on safety technology corresponding to their special operations.
Graduates who have obtained vocational high schools, technical schools or technical secondary schools or above are engaged in special operations corresponding to their majors. With the approval of the examination and certification authority, it can be exempted from the training of related majors.
Special operators who work across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government may attend training at their domicile or place of employment.
