While setting up the first "Innovation Day" for college students in China, Hangzhou issued and implemented the "Three-year Action Plan (2020-2022) for Hangzhou to build the first city of entrepreneurial innovation for future college students".
It is estimated that by 2022, Hangzhou will introduce more than 654.38+100,000 college students' entrepreneurial innovation, form a dynamic entrepreneurial innovation system for college students, become a gathering place for college students' "double innovation" talents, a transformation place for "double innovation" achievements, and a leading place for "double innovation" culture, create an ecologically optimal city with double innovation talents, and form a strong momentum for high-quality development.
Next, five major projects will be implemented, namely, the Million College Students Hangju Project, the Double Innovation Project Support Project, the Double Innovation Talent Training Project, the Double Innovation Platform Upgrading Project, and the Double Innovation Service Optimization Project.
