In the village, he used to be the chief of the legal department of Sanming Municipal Bureau of Justice in Fujian Province and the deputy secretary-general of the Municipal Law Society. After staying in the village, he served as the first secretary of the Party branch of Banche Village, Taihua Town, Datian County.
In the past 30 years, he insisted on amateur writing, aiming at the subject of agricultural law, and published more than 500 articles in national, provincial and municipal newspapers, reaching 800,000 words. His major works include Zheng Xiuting, Translator, Mud Legs Breaking into the Special Zone, From Farmers to Lawyers, and Farmers Listening to the Law. Commended by the national, provincial and municipal units, he has won various excellent titles five times since his arrival in the village and won the third-class merit twice.
