Chapter I General Principles

Article 2 The full name of the school is Jimei University (GB code 10390). Jimei University was founded in 19 18 by Chen Jiageng, a famous patriotic overseas Chinese leader. Located in Xiamen Special Economic Zone, it is a provincial-level public undergraduate college in Fujian Province. Jimei University has the right to award bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree, and has a postdoctoral research mobile station. Article 3 Level of running a school: undergraduate course, with a duration of four years.

Students can complete their studies in stages, with a maximum study period of 8 years (including suspension and retention of school status) and a cumulative study time of 6 years.

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, graduates who meet the graduation conditions will be awarded the graduation certificate of ordinary colleges and universities electronically registered by the Ministry of Education by Jimei University; Those who meet the conditions for degree granting will be awarded a bachelor's degree by Jimei University.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Its Duties

Article 4 Jimei University shall set up a leading group for enrollment work, with the president as the leader, the school leaders in charge of enrollment examination, educational affairs and student affairs as the deputy heads, and the members shall be composed of the leaders of the above schools and the heads of relevant departments, who shall be responsible for formulating enrollment policies and studying and deciding on major issues in enrollment work.

Article 5 Jimei University shall, on the basis of the leading group for enrollment work, absorb representatives of teachers, students and alumni, and set up the Admissions Committee of Jimei University, so as to give full play to its role of decision-making consultation, democratic supervision and management.

Article 6 The Admissions Office, as a permanent institution of Jimei University, implements the national enrollment policies and regulations under the leadership of the school enrollment leading group, and is specifically responsible for the organization and implementation of the school enrollment work.

Article 7 Jimei University invites members of the Admissions Committee or a third party to supervise the enrollment work of the school.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 8 Jimei University shall, within the annual enrollment scale approved by the Fujian Provincial Department of Education, make an inter-provincial (autonomous region, municipality directly under the Central Government) enrollment plan according to the school discipline development plan, combined with the school running conditions, graduates' employment situation, economic development needs of each province and students' situation of each province. Article 9 Jimei University reserves the enrollment plan for high-level athletes according to a certain proportion of the qualified number of high-level athletes. During the admission period, the unfinished plan will be based on the situation of students in each province, adhere to the principle of collective deliberation, and give priority to the provinces with good student quality.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Article 10 The enrollment work of Jimei University shall strictly implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where students are located, and be based on the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.

Twelfth Jimei University in principle only accepts candidates who fill in Jimei University volunteers (except this batch of "parallel volunteer"). Thirteenth candidates' physical health requirements

Article 14 Principles of Specialty Allocation

First, Jimei University adopts the method of "professional grade difference" for professional deployment. The total score of professional volunteers is 4 points, that is, the difference between the first professional volunteer and other professional volunteers is 3 points; There is no grade difference in other professional volunteers, which is regarded as parallel volunteer; The professional grade difference between other professional volunteers and transfer professional volunteers is 1. Among them, the reform of the college entrance examination system adopts provinces with professional groups, and each professional group is deployed in the way of "professional grade difference".

Jimei University recognizes in principle the policy of adding (dropping) points formulated by the Admissions Committee of the province where the candidates are located, and takes the candidates' files as the basis for distribution before admission. The provinces that implement parallel volunteer's filing mode are professionally deployed according to the filing scores containing candidates' ranking information, and the candidates with the same filing scores are sorted according to the ranking rules determined by the provinces; The provinces that implement the non-parallel volunteer filing mode will select the candidates with the same results on the basis of comprehensive consideration of candidates' achievements and specialties in related disciplines.

3. Candidates from Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are admitted according to the principle of "queuing up for admission according to their professional wishes within the enrollment plan 1: 1".

4. The requirements of Jiangsu Province for candidates' two elective subjects are: physics for science and engineering majors and history for literature and history majors. In principle, it is not required to choose another subject; The qualification grade requirements of the academic proficiency test are: 4C required and 2B optional.

The 15th Art Major Enrollment

1. Jimei University recruits students majoring in fine arts, environmental design (Fujian-Taiwan cooperation project), musicology and dance performance in Fujian Province, and only recruits art (literature) candidates majoring in animation and visual communication design. Professional achievement is the provincial unified examination result of art majors in Fujian province, and cultural achievement is the characteristic score of parallel provinces with ranking.

1, art major: from the candidates whose cultural achievements and professional achievements have reached the provincial control line of art in Fujian Province, they will be admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores. The comprehensive score calculation formula is as follows:

Fine arts: comprehensive score = professional score ×2.5×0.6+ cultural score (including parallel provincial characteristics score) ×0.4.

Animation, visual communication design, environmental design (Fujian-Taiwan cooperation project): comprehensive score = professional score ×2.5×0.7+ cultural score (including parallel provincial characteristics score) ×0.3.

2. Music major:

Musicology: among the candidates whose cultural achievements have reached the provincial control line of art in Fujian Province and whose professional achievements are higher than the minimum admission control line of art undergraduate majors in Fujian Province 15%, they are admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive achievements (comprehensive achievements = professional achievements ×2.5×0.7+ cultural achievements (including parallel provincial characteristic scores) ×0.3).

Dance Performance: Candidates whose cultural achievements and professional achievements have reached the provincial control line of Fujian art will be admitted from high to low according to their professional achievements. If the ranking results are the same, they will be admitted according to the characteristics of parallel provinces with rankings.

Second, Jimei University only recruits art (literature) candidates for art majors enrolled outside Fujian Province (except for provinces where art is not divided into arts and sciences). The professional score line is the provincial unified examination results of art majors in the province where the candidates are located, and the cultural score line is the cultural score line.

1. Fine arts majors (animation, visual communication design, environmental design): Candidates whose cultural achievements and professional achievements have reached the provincial control line of fine arts in their province will be admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive achievements (comprehensive achievements = professional achievements× 2.5× 0.7+cultural achievements× 0.3), and there is no grade difference between majors.

2. Music major (music performance, dance performance): from the candidates whose cultural achievements and professional achievements have reached the provincial control line of their province, they are admitted from high to low according to their professional achievements.

3. If the ranking results are the same, they shall be sorted according to cultural achievements, Chinese, mathematics and English.

4. Provinces with special provisions for the admission of art majors in ordinary colleges and universities shall follow the relevant provisions of the province.

Article 16 Enrollment of sports majors

First, the unified recruitment of physical education majors in Jimei University is only for Fujian Province, combining arts and sciences. From the perspective of cultural achievements and professional achievements, candidates who have reached the provincial control line of sports in Fujian Province will be selected according to their comprehensive scores from high to low.

Second, Jimei University sports single recruit professional (sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports) enrollment, according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, the State Sports General Administration and the school enrollment brochures for the year.

Seventeenth minority preparatory classes enrollment

First, the source of students is limited to the provinces where Jimei University arranged the enrollment plan for ethnic minorities and participated in the national college entrance examination. The admission score is not less than 80 points of the graduation line of Jimei University in the province where the students come from.

2. The matriculated students need to study in the Teachers College of Jimei University for one year. Jimei University will determine their undergraduate majors and transfer them to relevant institutions according to their comprehensive scores in the preparatory stage, combined with the pre-transfer of students' voluntary applications and the pre-transfer enrollment majors and plans drawn up by Jimei University.

Article 18 The maritime majors (navigation technology, marine engineering, marine electronic and electrical engineering) arranged by Jimei University in advance in various provinces are majors for training specialized personnel engaged in maritime shipping. Due to the particularity of the nature of work, these three maritime majors are not suitable for girls to apply.

Article 19 Language requirements of foreign languages

First, Jimei University arranges English-based foreign language teaching for the public. Except for foreign language majors, other enrollment majors have no language requirements for foreign language examinations.

Two. The language of college entrance examination for foreign language majors (English, Japanese, translation) is English. Candidates must take part in and pass the oral examination organized by the provincial entrance examination institution.

3. The foreign language of navigation majors (navigation technology, marine engineering, marine electronic and electrical engineering) is English, and candidates with non-English languages are not suitable for taking the exam.

Twentieth software engineering students can not change majors, art, sports, advanced navigation, Fujian-Taiwan cooperation projects students can not change majors across categories. Other students can apply for changing majors in accordance with the relevant regulations of the school after entering the school.

Chapter V Charging Standards

1. Art major: 8640 yuan/student/school year; Software engineering major: 5460 yuan/student/school year for the first and second grades, and 0/3000 yuan/student/school year for the third and fourth grades; Other undergraduate majors: 5460 yuan/student/academic year.

2. General major of Fujian-Taiwan cooperation project: 15000 yuan/student/school year; Art major: 18000 yuan/student/school year. In the third year, students study in cooperative universities in Taiwan Province Province, and the study expenses during their stay in Taiwan shall be implemented according to the cooperation agreement between the two parties.

3. Minority preparatory students studying in Jimei University: 5040 yuan/student/school year; Minority preparatory students studying in other preparatory training schools shall refer to the tuition standard of preparatory training schools entrusted by the Ethnic Affairs Department of the Ministry of Education.

Article 22 Accommodation standards

1. Jimei University arranges student dormitories in a unified way (except apartments for international students). According to different accommodation conditions, the fees range from 550 yuan/student/school year to 1300 yuan/student/school year.

Chapter VI Incentive and Subsidy Policies

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 25 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the original documents and regulations on enrollment are inconsistent with the Articles of Association, the Articles of Association shall prevail.

Article 26 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the national laws and regulations and the relevant enrollment policies of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), the national laws and regulations and the relevant enrollment policies of provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) shall prevail.

Article 27 Jimei University has not entrusted or authorized any intermediary agency or individual to participate in the enrollment work of the school.
