Perhaps few people pay attention to enterprise factories, and some enterprise factories have become the hardest hit areas of pollution supervised by few people. Seepage and drainage are everywhere, and they are all accumulated in the rainwater ditch in the seawall. Moreover, this rain ditch has no seepage control measures at all. The local environmental protection department said that this is a problem left over from history, but from the survey, the pollutants of each enterprise have obvious intervals and have their own distinctive characteristics, which are obviously their own sewage.
Lens 1: Strong acid sewage and yellow oily sewage are discharged from the factory area of Zhejiang Zhongbei Chemical Co., Ltd.
Outside the wall behind the factory building of Zhongbei Chemical Company, there is nearly 100 meters of light yellow sewage. Preliminary detection showed that the PH value was 1.98, which was strongly acidic. Near the fence, a pipeline is discharging yellow sewage. The water sample is sticky, and the water volume is about 2 tons per hour. The test showed that COD and other indicators exceeded the standard.
Lens 2: Behind the factory of Taizhou Huayuan Pharmaceutical and Chemical Co., Ltd., there are hundreds of rice wine red acid sewage.
This Burgundy sewage is in this section, with a clear interface of several hundred meters, just behind the factory building of Huayuan Company. If people who don't know think who dumped red wine here, it's not red wine, but strongly acidic sewage with a PH as high as 1.6 1, which gives off a strong pungent smell and will kill people!
Lens 3: After the factory of Zhejiang Xindonggang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the pollution is almost barren and yellow waste gas leaks.
The whole eye-catching pollution is 100 meters away: the deep color is polluted and anxious soil; Gray-green is deposited sewage; Brown is the leaked acid sewage and eroded soil; White or deposited sewage, COD, ammonia nitrogen and other indicators exceed the standard.
A pale yellow exhaust gas gushed out from the pipeline outside the wall, forming dozens of square meters of smoke in the air. Judging from the pipeline distribution, these waste gases have not been treated.

Lens 4: Brown acidic sewage near 100 meter after Taizhou Nong Xin Fine Chemical Plant.
This brown acidic sewage is also a section behind the factory of Nong Xin Company, with a PH value of 2.64, which is acidic.
The above companies are basically well-known large local enterprises. Zhong Bai Jiuzhou Group, which belongs to Zhong Bai Chemical, is one of the five largest enterprise groups in Zhejiang Province, an honest unit in Taizhou, a top private enterprise in Taizhou 12, an excellent industrial enterprise in Taizhou, and a creditworthy enterprise in Zhejiang Province. Huayuan Medical Company is a high-tech enterprise in Zhejiang Province. New Donggang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a listed company and a national high-tech enterprise. Zhejiang Nong Xin Chemical Co., Ltd., which belongs to Taizhou Nong Xin Fine Chemical Factory, is also a national key high-tech enterprise, but it makes people sneer at environmental protection.
It is understood that the bottom of this seawall was piled up with stones when it was first built. Although the surface is covered with cement, it is still difficult to withstand the corrosion of strong chemical acids.
"There are stones under it, and sea water will still seep in when the tide is high," said the locals. It is inevitable that these chemical sewage will flow into the sea.
"These polluting enterprises really have no basic social conscience," said a migrant worker who passes by here every day. "This water is poisonous, and it smells bad. I cover my nose every day when I come here. "
So, what has the local environmental protection department done about the above pollution?
Law enforcement officers of Jiaojiang District Environmental Protection Bureau said: "These enterprises will be closed at the end of this year." .
What "year-end shutdown"! This seems to be the explanation and excuse of the local authorities for the pollution in this chemical park. However, pollution cannot be allowed now, because it must be closed at the end of the year.
In view of the current pollution phenomenon, it seems difficult for local environmental protection departments to take action.
