The disadvantage is that the daily workload is not balanced, and sometimes the workload is too large, which affects the normal work and rest of the staff on duty that day to a considerable extent and easily causes their thoughts to fluctuate. In the second semester, the ministers of all departments handed over the tasks for next week to the Propaganda Department in advance at the regular ministerial meeting, and then distributed the tasks to the members of the Propaganda Department in a unified way at the regular meeting, and the members of the departments gathered on Tuesday afternoon. Its advantage is that the minister has a macro grasp of the workload of a week and can allocate tasks more evenly and reasonably; The disadvantages are that temporary tasks are sometimes not assigned in time, and the contents of posters are biased due to insufficient communication.
