Regarding the security of information, there is a word to say here, which is called fragmented secure storage mechanism.
Our contract fragmentation security storage mechanism encrypts, slices, confuses and stores the contract files in different proportions (user-defined) through the self-developed data security slicing technology, thus ensuring that the contract files have no complete data in each cloud storage node, and the complete file data can only be mastered by customers, but not obtained by any third party (including the platform itself), thus ensuring the security and privacy of data.
Of course, this technology is not available on every platform. Compared with similar products, it has the advantages of disorder and fragmentation. Through encryption, fragmentation, confusion, cloud storage and other steps, DSS can ensure that the contract file has no complete data in each cloud storage node:
Through the unique file splicing algorithm, the file recovered based on fragment splicing has hash consistency with the original file. After the files are injected into storage, each contract file is divided into several data blocks according to a specific size, and then the data blocks are randomly confused and stored in different public clouds or local data centers according to different strategies.
Because it is a fragmented storage mechanism, some data blocks obtained by any third party alone cannot completely piece together the original file:
For public cloud service providers, only some fragments of contract documents are stored, and the original text cannot be read;
For the privatization deployment mode, files stored in enterprise NAS, SAN or self-built private cloud storage are also fragmented.
In short, customers can truly master the data, and make full use of the flexibility and cost advantages of public cloud storage while ensuring the security of data transmission and improving the efficiency of data use. In other words, with the fragmented secure storage mechanism, the security of electronic contracts is many times safer than that of locking traditional contracts in the safest safe in the world.
