I want to remit some "sincere money" first. Some netizens believe in swindlers and can't contact each other after remittance, which can be said to be regrettable.
Third, repeatedly defrauding the room rate.
Some brokers called the renter, claiming that they didn't need the agency fee, but they needed to charge the information service fee or the house inspection fee. However, the standard is much lower than the agency fee, generally around one or two hundred yuan. However, the housing provided by such institutions or individuals is usually of poor quality or high price, and the transaction rate is extremely low, so renters are likely to waste the inspection fee in vain. Of course, it does not rule out the possibility that these institutions and individuals who charge room rates will join hands with landlords to defraud renters of room rates for a long time. As long as the transaction is not completed, they can look at the house at any time and continue to collect the room fee.

1. Check the lessor's property certificate and valid identity documents;
