According to the "novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan" and the relevant provisions of the comprehensive group of joint prevention and control mechanism in the State Council to further optimize the 20 measures for epidemic prevention and control, in order to effectively coordinate the epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development and effectively protect the health of the general public, combined with the actual situation in our region, the novel coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of our region decided to implement the following prevention and control measures from 0: 00 on June 24, 2022.
First, strictly fulfill the "four-party responsibility." The town party committee and people's government should implement the territorial responsibility, the industry authorities and the park management committee should implement the competent responsibility, enterprises and institutions should implement the main responsibility, and individuals and families should consciously fulfill their prevention and control obligations. Traffic stations, farmers' markets, shopping malls, supermarkets, construction sites and other key places will check the negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours, enterprises and institutions, residents' courtyards, public places and other general places will check the negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, strictly implement the prevention and control measures such as temperature detection, code scanning, travel inspection code, wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and strictly implement the health monitoring system.
Two, strictly implement the management of key places. In the whole region, bars, KTV, cinemas, escape rooms, script killers, Internet cafes, gyms, chess and card rooms, bathing places and other closed entertainment places, as well as public sports places such as museums, cultural centers, libraries, art galleries, swimming places and indoor sports places are temporarily closed. Nursing homes, children's welfare homes and prisons are all closed management. Places for religious activities are temporarily closed.
Third, strictly control the gathering of personnel. Don't meet, gather or stay in the community. Reduce going out, not having dinner, not having a party, not having group activities. Training, performances, exhibitions, square dances and other gathering activities are not allowed. The red thing is delayed, and the white thing is simple. Catering units do not undertake banquet activities, encourage bringing their own food to the store, and cancel self-organized group banquets such as dam banquets.
Fourth, strictly control Tianjin. Insist on not leaving Tianjin to come to Tianjin unless necessary, and those who really need to leave Tianjin to come to Tianjin must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours. Immigrants from Tianjin in the province strictly implement epidemic prevention measures such as "checking when entering Sichuan" and community reporting, and are not allowed to go out or gather before the negative certificate of nucleic acid test 1 is issued.
Fifth, actively play the role of "sentinel". People with fever, fatigue, cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, diarrhea, abnormal taste and smell should take personal protection and go to the nearest fever clinic immediately. All medical institutions strictly regulate the management of fever clinics, and all kinds of clinics are forbidden to accept fever patients. Retail pharmacies strictly implement the "five types of drugs" management measures, register drug buyers with real names, promote the management of towns and streets under their jurisdiction, and urge users to conduct nucleic acid testing in time. Clinics and pharmacies should take the initiative to guide fever patients to the nearest fever clinic.
Six, continue to carry out community management and control of leakage, flow control, nucleic acid screening, flow survey, safety and supply, chain stability and production, care and care. District departments, towns and villages continue to do a good job in organization, actively respond to public demands, provide services in a timely manner, and ensure public demand. The general public are requested to earnestly fulfill their epidemic prevention obligations, and those who intentionally conceal, fail to report as required or refuse to cooperate with the implementation of prevention and control measures, resulting in the spread of the epidemic or other serious consequences, shall bear legal responsibilities according to relevant laws and regulations.
