Chapter 1-Chapter 6
The first chapter preface
NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) and simple psychotherapy are two kinds of psychotherapy methods that came into being at the end of the 20th century.
Chapter two? Principles of psychological counseling
1. confidentiality principle: consultants should keep all visitors' inner secrets, communication and test materials. If it needs to be made public due to work or legal provisions, it shall be properly handled, and the real name, unit and address of the visitor shall not be made public.
2. Understanding support principle: To fully understand the language, actions and emotions of visitors, we should not criticize right and wrong from a moral point of view, but help visitors analyze the reasons and find a way out.
3. The principle of positive mentality: The main purpose of the consultant is to help the visitors analyze the problems, cultivate the positive mentality of the visitors, build confidence, let the visitors grow psychologically, and find their own solutions to the problems.
4. Time-limited principle: the consultation time is generally 60-90 minutes. In principle, the consultation time or interval cannot be extended at will.
5. "Those who come don't refuse, those who go don't chase": Visitors to the psychological counseling room must be completely voluntary.
6. Emotional restriction principle: There is only one relationship between the counselor and the visitor. Don't build more relationships. Colleagues, friends, relatives and acquaintances can't form a consulting relationship, and they can't establish other relationships after establishing a consulting relationship.
7. Principle of postponing major decisions: As visitors are emotionally unstable, in principle, they should be advised not to make major decisions such as retirement, job-hopping, dropping out of school and divorce easily.
Chapter III What are "natural language processing therapy" and "simple and quick therapy"
1. natural language processing
N refers to the nervous system, L refers to the guiding language, and P refers to a set of specific instructions that produce certain consequences.
1)N literally translates as body and mind, which refers to relatively stable physical and mental quality, structure and relatively restless physical and mental state.
2)L refers to words, short sentences, tones, body language, inner dialogue and imagination used in communication.
3)P refers to the program. We influence ourselves and others' bodies and minds through language. Similarly, others also influence us through language.
NLP refers to the concrete actions people take to make their thinking, speech and activities achieve concrete results.
The purpose of NLP is to replicate success, that is, to summarize the "secrets" obtained by successful people and refine them into a set of clear and feasible technologies so that ordinary people can follow suit and achieve the same outstanding achievements.
NLP focuses on individual learning, not group differences.
2. What is a simple and quick therapy?
Simple and rapid therapy holds that the guided person has formed a way of looking at the world in daily life, that is, a "belief system", and has formed a kind of persistence in this way. However, some of these methods are effective, while others may not help solve the problem or even make it worse. Then the students themselves didn't realize this, and the worse the problem-solving effect was, the more they felt that the strength was not enough, so they strengthened this impossible way and fell into a vicious circle.
3. It's 3. NLP and Jane Eyre are treated differently?
There is little difference between the two, but there are some minor differences.
1) simple and rapid therapy focuses on the causes and solutions of problems, while NLP pays more attention to the solutions of problems.
2) Simple and rapid therapy pays more attention to the system and studies how the family system affects individuals. However, NLP pays more attention to individuals, and how individuals take care of themselves with their own abilities, thus affecting the family system.
Chapter four is the origin of natural language processing.
1.NLP generation
From 65438 to 0970, two Americans were dissatisfied with the treatment process and effect of traditional psychology. They gathered the wisdom of others and expressed their opinions.
2. Founder Richard. Bender and John. Grader.
3.3 Application fields. natural language processing
Enterprise management consultant, salesman leader, professional coach, training lecturer, speaker, educator, human resource consultant, beauty consultant, public relations consultant, marketing consultant, interpersonal communication expert, psychological consultation, successful tutor, etc.
4. NLP in Chinese circle
Xu Zhizhong in Hongkong and Chen Hexiang in Taiwan Province have played an important role in the spread of NLP in the Chinese language world.
The fifth chapter is the curative effect and reasons of simple and rapid therapy.
NLP focuses on modifying and redesigning thinking mode to gain greater flexibility and ability. "NLP simple and quick therapy" is based on NLP theory, focusing on the improvement of people's internal potential and self-worth, and it is simple, fast and effective to implement.
1. Advantages
1) shortens the time of psychological consultation, which is effective and lasting.
2) Effectively stimulate the subconscious mind, and help the guided person to improve himself without drugs.
3) "Verification Language Model" and "Hint Language Model" help consultants master a set of effective thinking and inquiry skills.
"Language pattern verification" is to detect some patterns in the speaker's speech and restore the process of their production by using the skill of questioning, thus presenting the deep structural data that causes trouble, and these data are often the reasons why the speaker is in trouble. When the guided person is dissatisfied with the present situation, an appropriate question can lead his mood in a completely different direction, discover the significance and methods neglected in the past, and thus change his future behavior and achievements.
"Suggested Language Mode" focuses on the use of tone, speech speed, preconceived language mode, and appropriate gestures, body language and actions to match the language. The purpose is to communicate with the other person's subconscious, directly let the other person's subconscious collect the residence, or guide them to extract some materials that cannot be extracted within the control of consciousness.
4) Strong pertinence, strong operability, flexibility and innovation, and easy learning.
2. Causes of curative effect
1) focuses on "solving" rather than delving into "problems".
NLP simple psychotherapy advocates guiding the client to point out what the expected future will be like, then analyzing the current situation of the client, and then guiding him to know his current ability, trying to find out different choices and change his view of things.
Interest is not "why", but "what to do" and "how to do it"
2) Emphasize guiding the guided person to create future scenes, and do not advocate delving into the guided person's past.
Guide the guided person to look forward, design or directly describe their expected future scenarios, and then help the guided person to analyze the current situation together, list solutions, and let the guided person choose the appropriate way to solve them.
Most trainees always focus on their own predicament for a long time, see their unpleasant past, repeat their unpleasant experiences, and wrap themselves in a depressed, troubled and gloomy little world, with no prospect in sight.
NLP keeps guiding him to look at tomorrow and think about what he hopes tomorrow will be different. Put aside unpleasant experiences and concentrate on thinking about your future effectively.
3) Use hypnosis, suggestion and subconscious communication to form effective communication skills.
4) Form a series of operable psychological counseling skills.
Including two kinds: general basic skills and handling skills in the face of emergencies.
Chapter VI Subconsciousness
1 consciousness and subconscious. natural language processing
Some of them are self-conscious and aware of the outside world, which is called conscious mind. Consciousness makes decisions, thinks, analyzes, sets directions and decides what to do. A conscious mind has a lot of reason and insight, but it can't make changes by itself.
The other part is unconscious, called the subconscious. The subconscious has a great influence and can accomplish more than consciousness. Learning and change happen at the subconscious level, and then we can perceive those changes and integrate them into our lives.
Disrespect for the subconscious mind is often the source of pain in the future.
If consciousness and subconscious have a sense of affinity, they can be in harmony with each other.
How to find out the positive intention behind things? Keep asking the following questions: What do you want from that behavior?
Many changes in the intentions of individuals or organizations can only be effective in the short term, usually because the intentions behind them are not met.
2. Subconscious
The basis of NLP therapy is gestalt therapy. NLP therapy holds that the subconscious mind has a mechanism of "automatic selection", but what it lacks is an effective way to satisfy good motives.
1) subconsciously
Subconscious is a world of instinct, impulse, drive and physiological machinery. People's physiological functions don't need consciousness to manage, and everything is arranged by the subconscious.
When people are sick, they are usually disturbed by consciousness.
The low-level subconscious mind stores infinite memories, and everything from birth to the present is in it, even the memories of past lives. The low-level subconscious is also the world of animals and instinct, the primitive and uncivilized part of human beings, and the source of crime and violence. The lower subconscious contains all the depression that is not accepted by consciousness, thus forming phobia, compulsive thinking and behavior, delusion, euphoria and nightmares.
2) Intermediate subconscious
Refers to materials that are not usually stored in consciousness, but can be mobilized as long as we recall, think and express. These materials are located in the middle subconscious. For example, what's your phone number, the name of the head teacher in high school, who was your first love, and so on.
3) Advanced Subconsciousness
The higher subconscious is a sacred world of inspiration, wisdom, intuition, insight, enlightenment and consciousness.
4) Consciousness
Consciousness is what we are directly aware of at the moment, such as feelings, thoughts, emotions, desires, impulses, memories, expectations, plans and so on.
5) the central self of consciousness
That's what we usually do for me, which is the ego.
6) Higher self (superego)
The higher self is the real me, the bigger me.
Self is the center of consciousness and personality; The ego is the center of the subconscious.
7) Collective Subconsciousness
It refers to the existence beyond the individual, where the experience and wisdom of all life are gathered, including human beings, animals and plants.
3. The operating characteristics of the subconscious mind
1) Store memory: store memory in chronological order or mood. Memory is divided into short-term memory and long-term memory.
2) Become an emotional field: it has the function of self-protection and catharsis.
3) Suppressing unresolved negative emotions becomes memory.
4) show the rationalization of repressed emotions (release emotions)
5) Manage physical operations.
6) Preserve and maintain the integrity of the body.
7) As an individual with high moral standards.
8) Accept instructions without criticism.
9) Control and maintain all telepathy: Telepathy can be divided into general telepathy and telepathy.
10) Production, storage, distribution and transmission of life energy.
1 1) reacts to external information out of nature and habit.
12) Long-term planning needs to be repeated to strengthen the effect of its model.
A concept will be accepted by the subconscious after it is repeated 30 times.
13) Keep looking for more newer and better things.
14) operates with the least part of the subconscious.
15) The subconscious way of communication is images and symbols.
16) regard everything as related to yourself.
17) adopts the path with the least resistance and the simplest and quickest principle to operate.
18) I don't know how to deal with negative words.
