Changhu Prison in Zhejiang Province was founded in 195 1, formerly known as Santianmen Reform-through-Labor Farm in Huzhou City, and rebuilt in Baiheling, Lijiaxiang Town, Changxing County in 1974. At present, all prisons have been moved to Huzhou Economic Development Zone.
Since the implementation of the overall relocation, the prison has completely completed the three strategic adjustments of prison layout, industrial structure and management system, and the prison has achieved leap-forward development. In recent years, prisons have made new achievements in the construction of police personnel, education reform, information construction, security and stability through innovative institutional mechanisms and innovative work measures. In recent years, in order to promote the scientific and safe development of prisons, the goal of building a "boutique prison and a vibrant Longhu" has been put forward.
The prison was awarded by Zhejiang Prison Administration as a special three-level supervision safety unit and a three-star safety production unit. Since 2005, it has been rated as Ping 'an Prison in Zhejiang Province every year.
20 10 was awarded the title of National Advanced Collective in Prison Work in March and commended by the Ministry of Justice. 20 15 successfully established a provincial modern civilized prison.
